Really great set of staff who do a great job . We regularly have our cars washed here and valeted twice a year . Valeting done to high level and the car is so nice to have back when done , near spotless and looking great .

Cost me £8, the guy jet washed with just water, then again with shampoo and then water again. I asked him particularly to clean the wheels. When I got home and the car dried, it was just as dirty as when I took it. The wheels were filthy. I had to wash it myself at home with a bucket and sponge. Came clean. NEVER go there!!!

Seamless experience, phoned as directed, Harry met us with great professionalism, even at 3 am in the morning, he tracked our return flight and phoned to ensure we had got through with baggage reclaim etc, he was very prompt returning the car and had even given it a wash for us which was truly appreciated. Overall great experience would definitely use again when flying from Birmingham
