Prestige Hand Car Wash

Great lads and a decent wash. Only let down by the horrible stuff they spray over you car and windscreen which smears and you can’t see a thing at night. Wish they wouldn’t use it.

Always take my car here. The guys are always friendly and get on with the job quickly.

I paid for a no 2 wash and wax there was no sign of any wax also no hand washing of the wheels just a blast with the jet washer prices gone up and cleaning gone down.

⭐ 1/5 — Avoid this place completely I drove in for a basic taxi car wash / mini valet. They started washing straight away. When I asked the price, they said £17. I told them other places in Stoke‑on‑Trent charge £12–£13 for exactly the same simple service. Instead of explaining or being fair, staff got angry and extremely rude. They used offensive language, told me to leave, and said never to come back. Overpriced for a basic wash, and terrible, disrespectful behaviour. Please go elsewhere.

I nearly visited a different car wash after reading some of the reviews but had a brilliant experience. I paid for a super mini valet and the car was absolutely spotless inside and out.

took my for a wash and dry when come home, car was still very dirty, even the wheels still had the mud around it. i suggets everyone to avoid going to this place.

Took my car in yesterday. They were done within 10 minutes. Car Hadn’t been cleaned properly on the outside still had mess on and when they had hoovered inside, you can see the lines where they had just gone in a zig zag. Never again will I go here, The car wash in Stoke opposite Sainsbury’s really is the best and they take their time they take 25/30 mins and cars glistening and I really regret not going to them yesterday while in a hurry from coming back from holiday but this one In Hartshill is so poor. Like I said i never again because they hardly do anything.

Never goin back there

Just been 10 minutes ago, paid &10.00, drove to Tesco’s, got out and the wheels haven’t even been touched, I don’t know what’s happened,they used to be very good. Won’t be going back there again ever. 😡😡😡😡😡😡😡😡😡😡😡

AWFUL SERVICE! I’ve used this car wash several times. Always have to remind the staff to ensure they don’t miss certain services that are supposed to be included. I appreciate every business can have an off day. It’s a regular occurrence for this particular car wash. No manners or acknowledgement. Won’t be using again 👎
