Scammers! The gentleman in front of me handed his keys over for the inside and out to be cleaned, they accepted his keys. I went to do the same and they decided they needed to do a full inspection of my car, and then decided it was too dirty so wanted to charge me £40. £40 isn't a pricing option! I have no rubbish in the car, the car was empty and ready for a vacuum to run over it. Avoid these scammers taking advantage of woman.

Awful job this time, I had to finish the cleaning myself. When I complained I was told that this is because I haven’t paid more although I paid for inside-outside £30. I am very disappointed, previous times the performance was perfect.

Hoovered up a part on one visit, denied it, then found it when I asked to check in the hoover! Took a different car there on Tuesday, was charged £40 due to size of vehicle, but the staff seemed to disagree with each other over the decision. Will be taking up with the owner and/or company. Would not use again.

My partner took our car here,left the key's while she did a shop.When she collected the car she was told it was £35 for level 4 car wash when it should've been level 3 £25.When she inquired she was met with an aggressive response so she felt she had to pay to get the key's back and get away.Upon inspection there are marks still where it hasn't been cleaned properly and they also didn't put an air freshener in.Poor service and will not return, they'll probably leave a response of speak to manager next time as they have on many other reviews, my argument is the manager should be doing there job so there are not negative reviews like this in future!My mistake if you don't have a volume 3 for £25 but either way all the above apart from that i believe is correct, we have a Skoda Karoq which wherever we take it normally either Torrington car wash or The black Prince car wash it's always £20 we've never ever paid £35 and like i said previously it's still not as clean as it normally is from either of the two mentioned above!

After years of taking my car for a wash at Waves Coventry, with no issue, the last time I didn't have a great experience. Usually I book my car in online, and it shows as being a volume 3. But this time I came without an appointment. While the car wash was fine, the person washing the car was adamant my car was volume 4. He argued with me, was dismissive even when I showed him what I could see online, which showed my reg, model and make and being a Volume 3, but he would not have it and said I was wrong. I refused to pay the volume 4 price upon principle, and after speaking to his manager, he agreed I could pay volume 3. What this man at the car wash went on to do was manually adjust my volume on record to volume 4 by attaching the wrong model to my car reg. Extremely poor and unprofessional service and from the reviews it seems I wasn't alone. They have lost a loyal customer.

Booked the Gold package online where it says it takes 1 hour 15 minutes. As soon as I arrived, I was told I’d have to pay £10 more because of all the “dog hair” in my car- as I told the staff, I don’t own a dog & have never had a dog in my car. When I questioned this I was told my car was “extra dirty”, but come back in an hour. Car was “ready” before I even got back an hour later- there is still dust on the dashboard, white marks on the drivers mat that weren’t there when I dropped it off, the windscreen is smeared in the inside so I’ve had to clean it again myself, and still marks on the outside of the car. £35 for a poor wash and vacuum on a small car is an absolute rip off- only go here if you like to overpay for a rushed, badly done job.

Vehicle has always been classified under the same category without any issues. This time, after arriving, staff first claimed our car was “too dirty” and wanted to charge an extra £5. When we refused, they then changed the explanation and said our car should actually be a different volume category and again insisted we pay more. The reasons kept changing, which felt extremely unprofessional and dishonest. We were also told that although they collaborate with Wave, they make their own pricing decisions. If that is the case, what is the point of having transparent online pricing and vehicle classification if customers can simply be asked to pay more upon arrival? The whole experience felt misleading and wasted our time.

Avoid. Worst car wash service. £35 and looks like they didn't even clean the inside of the car. Sprayed a fragrance, mats half cleaned, seats don't even look live they have been touched. Left the keys with them and couldn't be bothered to clean the panroof. All it took was to open the inside blind. For a £35 charge you'd expect them to clean all areas!

First, I was quoted a price that was £5 higher than what other customers were being charged for the exact same service. The only visible difference? Me. Make of that what you will, but it didn’t feel like a coincidence — it felt discriminatory and deeply uncomfortable. Then, to make matters worse, I arrived at 4 pm, well within what should be normal operating hours, and was flat-out refused service with a vague excuse. Yet, right in front of me, they continued to accept and wash other cars without hesitation. No explanation, no courtesy — just selective treatment. This isn’t just poor customer service — it’s unfair, inconsistent, and raises serious concerns about how customers are treated based on who they are. I won’t be returning, and I strongly advise others to think twice before giving this place your business.

Starting Price for internal clean and external wash for an SUV has gone up from £30 to £35 and to be honest the standard of the clean inside and out wasn't indicative of the price. Literally not going again when prices go up and standards go down. Avoid and look elsewhere.
