Robertos car wash and valeting centre

Arrived at 17:35 and was told they could only do the outside as it was too late to do the inside too (they claim to be open til 18:00). They then proceeded to do an extremely half arsed job of the outside - still smear marks on the window and brake dust on the wheels. Not dried properly either so water marks once I got home. Not great given it’s not even cheap.

Damaged my car. Argued that it was my fault for bringing such an old car to them! They then gang around you to try and intimidate you into backing down - no chance! Bully boy tactics. Never again.

The quality is variable, the staff are rude. I recently reached a strong suspicion that the business has dubious connections, which I want no part in funding.

Took my car here today only to find when I got home that the car is still dirty! Muddy smears all over the bonnet. They just moved dirt around instead of cleaning it. The inside of the door was meant to have been cleaned, they did the top and the bottom wasn’t even touched. AVOID!

Still the best hand car wash in the area, in my opinion

Absolutely disgusting...I parked up asked them for an outside clean. They just all stood there staring at me for 2 minutes. So I put my money away and drove off. Don't bother with these.

Hands down one of the worst car washes I’ve ever been to. Man was so rude and the work done is just hideous!! Car still stained, kept showing them where to focus, i literally had to pick up their soap and cloth and did it myself!! A truck driver passed by and said: that bad ha? Would never recommend this to anyone. Still paid 28 quid for it

As the only customer they started washing the car as I pulled in,didn’t even get a chance to ask the price. I eventually got out when I got a chance and asked the price and he barked £20 for a wash,I questioned the price and he said we already started and we very rude and arrogant 😡 went to pay with card and instead cash only,didn’t have cash and the cash machine was not working so demanded a £20 bank transfer. DO NOT USE THESE PEOPLE.

Check the price before you go here. The board says £20 but they charged me £24 as it’s not a small car (I drive a T-Cross) so I had to go get more money out from the ATM which charges £1.99. It took them 10mins so not a very thorough job.

Employee yanked on door handle and damaged it. Saddled with a repair bill to get it fixed. Was accused of breaking it myself. Asked who I could contact to make a claim for the repair and was laughed at. Threatened me that if I went there again they would smash my car up.

Terrible attitude when I asked to pay with card which I have done in the past. Very abrupt and to busy playing computer games to look at me whilst talking to them. After checking the vehicle wheel trims were not touched and still issues inside the vehicle. Used to be a higher standard but definitely won’t be back.

Don’t use these absolute clowns, shocking and arrogant, my car wasn’t washed properly so I asked them to fix it and I was met with arrogance and basically told no, what do I expect, I said a clean car would be a start. £12 for a dirty car, had to clean myself when I hit back home, I won’t be going back.

Just had my van washed for the second time in a few weeks, never again, as the same as happened both times. I asked the attendant if he would make sure he did the roof as I had been fishing and parked under a tree and it was covered in bird droppings. Didn't answer me just gestered for me to put my window up. The roof wasn't done and is still covered in droppings. The same attendant also banged on the side of my van twice to tell me to move forward, rude is an understatement. It made me instantly angry with how aggressive he hit the van it wasn't a tap. Rude staff, no attention to detail, will never be passing my money to this lot again
