Very clean forecourt

Needed air in my tyre and I don't know the area so I had to pay the ridiculous fee for the air machine (about 3 quid I think.) ride was a bit firm, so checked when I next visited my local filling station, and tyres were 4psi high.. Texaco is not even a well calibrated ripoff. I wonder if they measure litres as loosely.

The guy on duty yesterday evening 16.11.25. Well - thats somebody do not let go. Extremely service oriented !!! and friendly - thats something which gets rare in this country. Thx for the E-charging support. Just the closest fast charger you find her => CV4 7AL - all the best.

The prices are decent, staff have been good, good range for a small petrol station. The only thing I will mark down is getting into and out the station. I can't blame the station itself as they have done their best but as it's living on a roundabout is, it can be tricky to get on and (more so) getting off plus it can be very busy around there with traffic.

Always great service at The Texaco petrol station. Make sure you ask Andrew Miles if he is on shift, who is the most famous person he has had in the garage.

It’s the only place in Kenilworth I’ll buy my fuel from. I don’t use the car wash or toilet so can’t complain like others are doing. It’s handy for a snack. I really don’t know what else you need from it. Top marks for friendly staff

Toilet locked yet again apparently there stocking the shelfs and toilet has to be locked for health and saftey reasons but your free to go round the shop and spend money

Helpful friendly staff

Staff are really nice, but the car wash is awful. I decided to give a “quick” wash to my car (only wash). When I put my car into position and the water started to run, i could see the dirty water hitting my windows. Like if they never had changed the water that’s used. The “soap” wasn’t soap at all (black water again) and my car ended up worse than the beginning. Overall, i wouldnt recommend it at all.

Carwash good price

I came to the Texaco Garage. my tyre had blown on the A46. I was pretty shaken up & had no idea what to do. I brought petrol & went inside to ask for help. Andy a really lovely, smily and friendly man welcomed me and helped immediately,giving me the number of a mobile tyre company. In tears he reassured me & was truly compassionate. I was in awe of the service. He was clocking off and Jackie took over, she was so lovely too. Giving me a free hot chocolate as I waited for tyre service. I couldn’t recommend this garage, the service, the care and compassion more. I am truly grateful for all they did for me. I will be returning here with a gift of gratitude for them as without them I have no idea where I’d be .. thanking you all and I hope your management see this comment & reward you in some way.
