Hand Car Wash Coventry

I have been a regular customer at this car wash for the past few months, visiting almost every week. However, in the last couple of weeks, I have noticed a significant decline in the quality of service. The staff no longer clean the cars properly—they leave dust and dirt under the seats, neglect the mirrors, and fail to clean the dashboard. It has become clear that they are no longer interested in maintaining high service standards. Today, I encountered someone who claimed to be the boss. Unfortunately, his behavior was highly unprofessional and even aggressive. When I politely asked for my car to be cleaned properly, he responded in an unacceptable manner, refusing to address my concerns and ultimately asking me to leave. His attitude was not only disrespectful but also concerning from a customer service and safety standpoint. Given that this car wash operates under Morrisons, I urge everyone reading this to share their concerns with Morrisons’ management. As a reputable company, they have a responsibility to ensure that their customers receive quality service in a safe and professional environment. The current state of this car wash does not reflect those standards, and I hope Morrisons takes appropriate action to address this issue.

Used to come here all the time and have the gold cleaning option. They've now decided they only clean half the inside of your car for that price, not the whole of the inside of your car. Out to scam you as it's not what it says on their charging board!

While having my car cleaned one of the workers threw a wet sponge at my car bouncing of my roof because he was arguing with a colleague then began swearing aggressively at one another,very unprofessional. I won’t return

The staff took some of my loose change that was in my car, which is unacceptable. Don't leave any valuables, goods in your car. The service is usually excellent and reasonably priced, but I don't think I will be using them again.

Charges his own prices on what he feels like I have a VW golf charges me 25 as he says my car is too big??? Should be 20 as it's a normal sized vehicle Used to be good now they just want your money.

Went there today, was in queue but instead of following the order they started the car behind me; when asked why the response was I dunno. Stay clear plenty of other car washes around that’ll do a better job for less money.

Absolutely amazing service by all. Handy quick but thorough gleaming clean results.

First time coming here and I am so happy with the service I received. My car was cleaned thoroughly from top to bottom. No issues. Great price. Recommend 100%

I hope I could Put 0 Star. I've been here for car wash .They told me £20 inside and outside. And when I want to pay They force me to pay £30 because They told me your car was very dirty inside!!! I don't take a clean Car to Carwash!!! Avoid this place the owner is very rude guy and don't know what respect means. Also He treats his workers like trash in front of costumers .Most disrespectful guy I have ever seen!! Avoid it!!

My god just spent 35 pounds what a joke of a car wash stay away absolutely shit never go there again silicone spray everywhere just spent two hours putting it right don’t use it

EXPENSIVE BUT I got my car cleaned inside and out... I've never seen it look so good. My 2006 car looked new again, it brought me so much joy.

Watch out for theft from your car boot A woman filled her pocket with disposable gloves from my ppe today On confronting her she said no English but I persevered and she handed them back Ok … only gloves you might think but theft is theft Makes you wonder what else goes missing

Absolutely amazing service! The car wash was spotless, inside and out. The staff were extremely hardworking, friendly, and made me feel like a valued customer. Highly recommended!

Just had my car cleaned here this morning, inside and out. Car looks great, smells lovely and great customer service. Definitely use them again.

honestly worst cash wash ever, brand new car and they’ve chipped and scratched the paint. they use the same cloth for pretty much everything meaning grit from ur wheels is being scratched all up your car, there was still cobwebs and dirt everywhere, they take forever fixing things if you point it out, and it’s still dirty. overpriced for awful clean, as a female driver can be intimidating to speak up about this. wouldn’t bother going here if you care about your car in the slightest

Came with had a graffiti spray painted on my car door and window, asked if they could remove it. The manager frankly told me that there is not he can do about the spray paint on my door, but the one on the glass can be easily removed. Then proceeded to remove it for me at no charge, out of pure kindness and solidarity of my misfortune. Phenomenal service!!!

Please watch your belonging in you car... Got my car cleaned here today ( have used previously). They always forget to clean some part of the car and for £25 you expect the service you pay for. But today was the final reason I will never use this place again. I had a full bottle of perfume in my arm rest and after it was cleaned it had vanished.. The women who cleaned inside denied it, Then said it may of fell on the floor while it was being cleaned. I explained it was a glass bottle and would of smashed.. The manager offered me a free car wash.😂.. The perfume was only a Victoria secrets one that was only £20, which isnt the point. It was brand new as I always leave one in my car. I told the manager the brand and price and he gave me £20 back for the perfume.. I would watch the people working there. They are rude and have sticky fingers. Definitely will never use again.

Very poor service, won't bee having my car wash there again, Shame it was good car wash.

Used for the first time on Monday and wouldn't recommend. Pricey, and while it may have been a coincidence, my navigation system which has always worked perfectly has been glitching/won't come on since I picked up the car after the jet wash.
