Cheap and they do a fantastic job

I’ve been a loyal customer at this car wash for over two years, but after today’s experience, I will never return. During my latest visit, the interior of my car was scratched and stained, something that was definitely not there before. When I politely raised this issue and asked for it to be resolved, the manager, Mohammad, responded with verbal abuse and swearing. As a woman, I found his behavior not only unprofessional but deeply disrespectful and misogynistic. When I told him I would call the police for verbal abuse, he laughed in my face. Rather than taking accountability or helping resolve the issue, he continued to act aggressively and even refused to provide the CCTV footage that could have shown the condition of my car before the wash and monitored what his employees were holding to clean the car. He was also speaking in his language, likely continuing his abusive tone, which was extremely uncomfortable and intimidating. Frankly, his attitude was vile, and I genuinely wonder what kind of upbringing allows someone to treat women and paying customers this way. Thankfully, one of the employees (bless him) eventually helped resolve the issue, showing more professionalism in a few minutes than the manager did the entire time. To anyone considering this car wash: think twice. Management here has no respect for customers, especially women, and handles complaints with arrogance, mockery, and abuse. This place doesn’t deserve you.

Fast friendly very helpful highly recommended

This place is the worst car wash I have ever used. This used to be a great car wash to go to, the owner was really nice and I'd recommend my family to go there, however it has been taken over but this guy who is nothing but disrespectful. Not only did he say my car would cost £20, but allowed a women to go in front of me after I'd been waiting for nearly 1 hour. Her car was the same as mine but he only charged her £15. When I ask why I was being charged more, he tried to tell me my car was more dirtier than hers, which was a lie. I have never been so disappointed by a business in my life. When I got home and opened my boot this hadn't even been cleaned. I can't believe this guy took a good business and messed it up. Go here at your own risk, I strongly advise you don't waste your money. I was upset by the disrespect that I didn't ask for the extra £5, as respect means more than money.

I would not recommend this car wash. Before visiting, my Mercedes GLE’s panoramic roof was in good condition. After they washed it, there was obvious damage/discolouration on the roof that looked like a chemical had reacted with the surface. It wasn’t there before, and it only appeared after the wash. When I raised the issue with the staff, they refused to take any responsibility or even try to help resolve it. There was no apology, no effort to inspect the damage properly, and no customer service whatsoever. If you’re considering bringing your car here, especially if it has a panoramic glass roof or delicate finishes, I’d be very careful. Based on my experience, they used products that appear to have damaged my vehicle and then showed no interest in putting things right. Very disappointing experience.

Good service.

Nice cleaning but remember its 10£ for wash and dry where they have written 5£ for wash only. So, not cheaper anyways!
