Don't go here, prices increased by 150%, quality gone down - avoid as a rip off!!

I had my car wash this morning. I asked for Silver, and paid £20.00 - NOT WORTH IT. AVOID. It used to be good but not anymore. It was disappointing visit. I will never visit again.

Have always used this car wash. Unfortunately, not happy with latest visit. When washing the car, the one was constantly on his phone. Did not wash all the soap off. Only the excess water was wiped off. Windows not cleaned properly. Soap left when I opened the boot. They didn't wipe it down properly, and gone up £2 from my last recent visit and I when I got home had to clean again as they had missed areas. Such a shame as I've been using these for years. Will not return as really disappointed.

Had used in the past and were great, but things have changed. Got quoted £30 when board says £16 for the size of car. Avoid.

Poor quality. Quick „wash”, car was still dirty, definitely not worth £10. Go elsewhere.

Further Edit.. 7th Aug 25 Went back again today, need car washed and no time to do myself. Much better job and closer to the standard it used to be. £11 now so another increase. Couple of older people there this time who appeared to be making sure it was done correctly. Increased to 3 stars Edit Dropped from 5 stars to one star. Appears to be completely new staff, very poor job, lower sills and bottom of door still very dirty, no attention to detail. Took car back and complained, whilst they did correct it, whilst watching the car ahead of us they used sponge on lower sills and proceeded to wash the door without any rinse... and yes those sills still had visible mud on them.. guess his door paint is rather scratched now Price has gone up as well. Sad to say but avoid now!! Did a great job inside and out, nice attention to detail as well. Very quick and far better job than I could do myself on the drive at home

Car was cleaned brilliantly was very quick and no messing about definitely recommended it to anyone who needs there car cleaning inside and out

Quality of car washing has dropped under wheel arches / windows / not cleaned properly they all rush to clean but dont do a great job plus price gone up to not worth it

Please avoid this place at all cost.

I have used this car wash for years but on my most recent visit I noticed there are all new staff and the attention to detail was not there. My car was left with water marks, swirl marks, and the whole lower part (side steps, lower sills, mud flaps) were still dirty. The price has gone up too, but quality gone down. I’ve since had to pay £50 to have my car professionally valeted to rectify the issues they have caused.

Have used this car wash for a number of years and always been pleased this time I felt that there wasn't the same attention to detail sadly this only became obvious after I had driven away very expensive for inside and out at £30 for a karoq and with attention to detail poor.

Fantastic hand car wash, staff are polite and they do a excellent job and prices are very reasonable.

Just moved to Nuneaton. Did mine and partners car inside and out. Polite and efficient. A few missed bits nothing major. No queues late Sunday morning
