An unfortunate experience with JD Valeting today. 10 minutes after the agreed time I received a message saying they double booked my slot, cancelling the car valet. This would have been much less of a problem if caught a day or two early, but not on the day after I already scheduled the entire day around the agreed time. And this was after booking this almost 2 weeks ago now. They of course offered to book me in on a different day, but after wasting my time once already, I can't trust a company to not do it again. Shame, I'm sure they do a good job, but if you book with them make sure to call a day or two before to make sure they'll actually show up.

I bought a good old car, but it was unfortunately not very clean inside and dealership so that’s kind of the best you can do. Solid car everywhere else, little grubby inside. Fine I’ll take it. I thought I could get it a little better inside, but had no hope of expectations of how clean Joe got my big old Volvo. He went above and beyond and the car is now such a happy place to be from inside to outside. Joe and his wife are both lovely skilled people who really know what they are talking about and the results were far better than I ever hoped for. Simply amazing

Can't recommend Joe & Alex enough. Their attention to detail which I am a bit of a nerd for is the best I have experienced. I work in the automotive industry and I also take cars to shows, so they have to be to a high level. The work carried out by Joe & Alex is a game changer, I have used other detail and valeting companies in the past who always do a great job, However it's all the little details that are sometimes overlooked. I have had instances with 'other' detailing companies where I asked for my vehicles being matchine polished, which is a premium service, only to open the bonnet and find white dust all over an engine bay. Since using JD Valeting Warwickshire my business will always be with Joe & Alex. These guys are busy for a reason. You will be pleased you contacted them. We got the full works on our car and I honestly did not know the car could look like that! And we got it new. These guys are incredible with an amazing work ethic and are so passionate about their work. Just get them. If in doubt just do you won’t regret it.
