IMO Car Wash

very bad car wash, washed the car completely, a lot of dirt remained, a lot of chemicals remained on the body, which can no longer be washed off, now I will have to take the car to be polished, VERY BAD WASH!!!

Great staff but a poor machine. The machine never dries the car properly. The water filters also appear to be dirty so you always get these spots on the car. I am going somewhere else from now on.

Very well, cars shining and waters beading lovely, definitely recommend.

Asked for my wheels to be cleaned more in-depth and staff where amazing for £15 couldn’t be happier with the way the car left the four court

Arrived at 4pm and was told no inside clean available as they shut at 5.30??? I was the only customer! I asked if he could check and was then advised they could do inside aswell but for at least £50. Ridiculous. I’ll never use again, terrible service

Damaged the paintwork on my car with jetwash nozzle while scraping bird poo off. Very annoyed. Will not return.

The rollers are aggressive, broke off my mirror cap. It's okay for a small cat but if your car is wider, be mindful that the side rollers will not adjust. Obviously haven't been reimbursed for the repair

Always good service and cleans the car well

Lazy and useless staff here, closing 45 minutes early than stated time and opening 1 hour late than opening time

Very kind , helpful staff . For a low cost and an efficient service my car was left looking as it did coming back from the dealership. Couldn’t recommend more ☺️

Be warned doesn’t seem to open at 8am as stated on website. All shut up at 8.20 still this morning.

No pressure no foam, just paid for a hose pipe and a brush

I have used this service a few times now and to be honest the only reason is because of its location, certainly not the customer service. Visited today and paid the £11.00 (Diamond wash which includes wheels) the operative wandered around the car with the jet lance and barely even washed the surface dirt off; certainly not off the wheels. While carrying out this task his attention was more focused on his mobile phone in his other hand. I always love to see people committed to their work. The car came out slightly cleaner (i could hace done better with a buckwt and sponge), except the lower front bumper and wheels that were no cleaner than when the car went in. Would I recommend this location, no.

Give this place 0 stars if I could the jet wash towards the rear of the drive through is disgusting smells really bad just like the main drive through the maintenance is next to nothing as in the morning the place smells like gone off egg and cheese sandwiches 🤮 the main “manager” has no respect for the customers and often over charges them that young bold guy rides his bike over the area like he’s trying to win world titles also has 0 respect for anyone as I saw him nearly knocking over a child overall don’t bother coming near this IMO I have found the one in kiddlington to be much nicer

Affordable car wash, perfect for a quick wash before returning my hire van

Shockingly weak pressure coming out the self wash. Floor is always filthy . And you get a lovely massive pothole to try and avoid when leaving.

I've tried both the drive through and jet wash. Both are awful. I will go somewhere else next time .

Also smooth, nothing to complain

Always helpful and friendly will happily go down there again
