Very friendly, been using them since before covid, always do a good job. Would definitely recommend.

Quick and efficient, they do a good job cleaning the car.

Outside wash itself was good. There prices state inside and outside £18 for a small car. Tried telling me it’s £25 because the floor mats are dirty. (Nothing more than loose dust) Of course it’s dirty or I wouldn’t be bringing it to the car wash.

Absolutely atrocious service. I had to repeatedly point out missed dirt on my car, even wiping it with my finger to show the staff where it hadn’t been cleaned properly. To make matters worse, a precious devotional sticker on my car bumper was torn off and damaged. When I raised this with a staff member, his response was rude and dismissive—he said, “What care? I just (*bad swear word*) wipe it.” The pricing was also dishonest. I heard the wash would cost £23. I paid £25, expecting £2 in change, but they refused to return it and kept the money. I left feeling completely disrespected and taken advantage of. No customer should be treated this way.

Didn’t have to wait, super quick service and a lovely clean job done. Reasonably priced and everyone we interacted with was polite Would recommend and will definitely use again thank you :)

Do a brilliant job, some cars get preferential treatment than others with the wax spray, just one star deducted due to multiple scratches over the whole car from zips on the valeters jackets/tops and probably not rinsed the soapy cleaning pads causing scratches over my bonnet, took me ages to polish the scratches out, shall use again though.

They always do a nice, it's the only place I use and recommend.

Quality work as always, travel 15 miles for them only ones to trust in Leicester!

Went today for a none basic wash clean We agreed £28 I said I want a more then good job as im selling it, came back after half hour (agreed time) and it was ready gave them £30 As i drove off i could see the dashboard hadn't been touched then when I got home the boot (empty) also hadn't been touched Not happy Won't go back

Very rude, This is my first review so you're obviously talking about someone else who agrees that you have a bad service and I'm talking about your attitude which shows even in the rude tone that you reply to complaints with.

Very poor customer services, grunted a price at me then tried to charge me extra when it came to do the inside. Told me it was going to cost £30 instead of £20, when I refused, was told they would not clean the inside then. I told them I was not willing to pay £20 for outside only and was then charged just £10. This begs the question how dirty did they think the inside was when there was just some light mud scuffs and needed hoovering but was basically saying it would cost £20 to just do inside???

When I dropped the car off I was told £20 - went to the cash machine to get some money out. When I came back they tried to tell me it was now £30, when I argued that this was not the original price I was told and I wouldn’t have stayed with that car wash if they had. They told me the boss said to stop working on my car and for me to leave. Ridiculous customer service - you can’t tell someone one price, demand another and then be rude when questions are asked about it. Will not be using this one again and will be encouraging other people not too also.

Great service from this place, amazing clean, great price and only took about 20 minutes. Definitely recommend.
