Blue carwash

A very thorough clean from the gentlemen who did my car I went for a basic car wash but was really impressed, I came back and went for mini valet. Very helpful, sense of humour and again caring for customer and with service provided. Whenever I'm visiting small heath this is where I go for my car and chai latte n pink tea. Very grateful for the service they provide, no hidden corners to clean e.g open doors clean inside of mental part of car. Well done blue car wash please continue to provide good service.

Concur with the majority of the single star reviews, this is one of the worst car washes due to the inconsiderate and unprofessional behaviour of the staff, I opted for the basic wash yet the car seemed still remain in a poor condition. Moreover, the attendant sprayed the powerful jet so close to the body work that the paintwork stripped, exposing the primed layer. In short, I recommend using an automated wash and to avoid this tax evasive establishment.

Don't go. I took my car for a wash . Was expecting the top of car to be cleaned...dirt abd grime. They cut corners and overcharge.

Very bad experience and aggressive staff. They tried to overcharge me by saying that my car is ‘very dirty’ even though it wasn’t that dirty. The man who washed my car was being very aggressive and shouting at me when I was telling them they can’t just make a price up from their head even though the price list was visible. I felt very uncomfortable there as a lone female the way the man was shouting at me and wouldn’t recommend anyone to go there. Terrible customer service and rude staff If they are going to have different prices depending on the car they should make this clear on the price list.

By far the worst carwash I’ve been. Had a super mini valet for £18. I literally had to go home clean the car myself. Not only this -they also chipped my center mirror. Only recommend it for the wash. Anything interior, avoid.

One of the worst Car Wash I’ve ever been very unprofessional people they don’t know how to deal with the customer. They don’t know how to talk and honestly if you wanna clean your car proper please go to another Car Wash don’t ever go to this one

I went to a car wash and it has a very bad experience. They're not cleaning out properly.

Don’t be fooled by the big space or flashy setup. It’s all a lie. They do NOT clean your car at all — they just splash water on it and call it a “wash.” No soap, no effort, no care whatsoever. This is outright cheating and a complete waste of money. They are deliberately misleading customers and taking advantage of people. Avoid this place unless you want to be scammed.

"This is one of the worst car washes in the Birmingham area. You will not find more unprofessional or dishonest people. I dropped my car off for service and went to offer prayers at Green Lane Mosque. When I returned, I couldn't see any difference in the car's cleanliness, yet they claimed it had been washed. When I asked why the tyres and rims were still dirty, the attendant claimed they were 'uncleanable.' I was shocked and showed him that I could wipe the dirt off with my own finger. They didn't actually clean the car; they just sprayed it with water. It was a mistake to trust them. To make matters worse, they demanded £7 for this poor service and acted aggressively—almost like a 'mafia' operation. Don’t be deceived by the large facility; the service is terrible and they work like Birmingham Mafia.

I asked the guy if he can spray a little water under scuttle panel as there was a little bit of leafs and dirt there, literally so easy jusy wanted him to just jet wash it, and he tried to charge me an extra £5 so £10 quid i dont like that behaviour trying to extorte me no thanks pal

It says £15 for mini valet. They charged £18 just because of a small area on the boot that needed little extra water to rub the dirt off. After they finished, car still had dirt smudges. They give attitude after tbis was pointed out. They were lucky I had my family around. Best wash wash is Angel Car wash in Great Barr

It was my first time visiting a car wash as I have not long passed, I genrally feel apprehensive about going to these places as a woman. I asked for the £20 service, I can not recall what it was called, I was told that it would cost me £3 more as my car had lots of bird poop on it, I felt guilty so I offered them an extra £2 on top of that, meaning £25 in total. They only put soap on one side of my car and I noticed after leaving that they did not clean under the back of the car. My car also still has bird poop on it in various places and there were water streak and dirt marks on the car. The car now has a sticky reside all over it. The staff were very rude about my car being dirty despite me paying extra. Overall it was an uncomfortable, anxiety inducing experience.

Thieves. 1. Advertise debit card payments but do not take it. 2. Stole my gym belt from the boot 3. Full on arguments amongst one another between washing cars.

Don't be deceived by the pictures of Hugh end cars that are being washed. I will never bring an expensive car here to wash. They get way too close with the jet spray. The foam spray is watered down. It's not even foam, just watery liquid, and they only spray it on the front half of the car. They think you can't notice them not spraying foam on the whole car when you're sitting inside. They don't wipe the back of the car with the sponges properly. Again, they must think customers are blind! They are careless how they handle the equipment and will hit your car with the pipes of the jet spray. Sometimes they don't want you to pay by card, so they ask for cash, but they don't have change! Honestly, this is one of the worst car wash places I've been to. The setup looks good, but delivery and service are very low quality. This review is based on using them 3 times.

Poor cleaning and very pricey. I ended up cleaning the rest of the car myself after paying for a “super mini valet”… whatever that means., which is for 23 pounds. disappointing. Staff were dismissive and seemed to be upset when asked to clean missed out bits.

The prices are not different and the cleaning quality is poor.

A very friendly and efficient service. It's out of my way, but I've returned many times.
