I spent a lot of time finding Dale following a complete body refurb including new wings and many repairs and a complete repaint. I briefed the body shop that I was looking for a glass like finish and they did a great job. Dale had my car for ten days for paint correction, ceramic coating and detailing and completely transformed my brand new paint into the most amazing glass like finish I have ever seen. Post detailing the finish is so smooth and water just runs off. I have never seen anything like it and Dale will look after my car for as long as he can and he wants to. The car is a 1999 S500 and it is staying in the family when I can no longer drive. I call Dale the Grand Wizard of his profession, his attention to detail is faultless and he is constantly seeking perfection. My car, Janis and I are blessed and privileged to be clients of Dale's. If I had to drive 100 miles for Dale it would be a pleasure!

So, where do I start.. if you are looking for a veteran who not only understands every aspect of true auto DETAILING but also goes above and beyond to deliver top class results, look no further. Just collected my C63S after taking her to Dale for some post-winter TLC and following a safe wash, PPF decontamination and wheels-off detail (that included under chassis & arches clean, dynax application and wheels/calipers ceramic coated) I couldn’t be happier with the results. There are a lot of so called ‘experts’ out there but Dale definitely falls into that category as the real deal. When you entrust you vehicle to someone (no matter the value) you do exactly that.. trust them, to get the best results, safely and within the limits of what’s possible - with no bull. Dale delivers all of that. Combined with years of experience, knowledge & skill there’s also still an enthusiasm that shows when he sees little improvements that can be made to the aesthetic outside of the scope of the job at hand.. and just does them (bit of heat applied to PPF on carbon mirrors sorted some yellowing I’d pointed out I wasn’t happy about). Hundreds of detailers out there of all differing levels of quality and experiance,if you live in the Midlands he is without a shadow of doubt the best. He has worked on my cars for the last ten years delivering perfection every time,on my RS4 he brought the paint back to life and PPF was applied to the front end and ceramic to the rest of my V8 and its looking great. Also to boot Dale is a top bloke even though he does wear crocs !

Recently had the pleasure of picking up my car after Dale had given it the new car detail. This is the second car Dale has detailed for us. Although it was a brand new car, when I picked it up it looked better than it would have done straight from the factory! I discovered Dale almost by accident, I’d been looking for the paint shop a couple of units away, and this has to be one of the best accidents I’ve had. Originally wanting a few stone chips sealing, and getting quotes of over a thousand pounds for full panel resprays, Dale cleaned everything up and left the car gleaming for a very reasonable price. Couldn’t be happier!! Dale’s obvious enthusiasm and knowledge gave me the confidence that he would do an excellent job and that’s precisely what I got. Highly recommended

The other half made a few enquiries into paint correction as a present, he promptly booked us in for an inspection after a bad experience, he reassured me he’d be able to sort the issues I had, he then worked around my work commitments for me to drop the car off. Fast forward a week, jeez what an improvement the car looks a million times better than I ever thought it would, Dale has well and truly knocked it out the park I’ll definitely be back for a couple more of the services he offers thanks Dale

I had my 1998 BMW Z3 detailed by Dale and what a fantastic job he did! For a car that’s 26 years old, she honestly looks newer than the day she rolled out of the factory. The paint is absolutely stunning – so glossy and reflective. On the drive home I unfortunately got caught behind a trailer full of hay, and then the heavens opened before I could even take any photos. But the pictures speak for themselves – despite the rain and hay, the paintwork is immaculate. The water beaded straight off, the hay didn’t stand a chance, and the finish is just flawless. Not only is Dale incredible at what he does, but he’s also one of the friendliest people you could ever meet. He went above and beyond – giving me the full princess treatment by kindly driving me home after I dropped the car off and picking me up when it was ready. Thank you so, so much Dale for such a brilliant service. I’ll definitely be bringing cars back to you in the future. He can be trusted with everything from your cherished classics to your brand-new cars – there’s nobody better in the business.

Let's say I made a very stupid mistake in the heat of the moment and quite badly damaged a few areas of paint on my car. I took it in to Dale and asked him if he could sort it out. Not only did he COMPLETELY sort the areas I'd mucked up with paint correction, he made the car look better than when it came out of the dealership. Stellar job. But it's not just that that made me write this review. It's Dale himself. He's insanely passionate about what he does and took time to explain the layers of car paint, how it's all applied, what work they do and how it works, the various options available to me, what they were gonna do with my car, and so on. Infectious to listen to. The lads in the garage were equally lovely to chat to while I loitered around at points! Two other big things for me that make going to him a no brainer in future... 1. He came and collected me (20m away, in his own car) on the day of collection rather than having me wait another 5-6 hours until I could get to him by other means. Above and beyond. Wouldn't expect this to be the norm mind haha. 2. They stopped the work when there was a risk of damaging the paint if they continued down a certain path, got me to pop in and see what they were dealing with, asked me if I wanted them to stop so I could get the car resprayed, and then only continued when we'd agreed a path we were both happy with. Worth every single penny.

Took my BMW X5 to Dale for a 7 year ceramic coating. This fellow goes above and beyond to get everything spot on . I've bought brand new cars and they have never looked as good as mine did when Dale had finished. I would HIGHLY RECOMMEND DALE on the work he does. 👏

After Dale corrected and ceramic coated my F11 535i a few yrs ago, it was time to get Gills Z4 E89 sorted, needless to say Dale and Lee's work is excellant and the paint is now better than Factory fresh. Absolutely 100% recommended.
