Petku Hand Car Wash

They charge £20 for a external and internal car wash but charged me £25. Also they didn't vacuum the boot properly and there is still dirt. Avoid this place. I needed my car washing and was in a rush. I won't be coming here again. Shocking service and price.

Used today for the first time, for an exterior wash, very pleased with the service, friendly staff, a good price at £10. Thank you.

I turned up with a work vehicle that needed cleaning inside and out before hand back to the lease company. I asked for an inside and outside clean. The response i got was 'outside only'.When i questioned why this was the case the big guy (manager) said 'you do not ask questions' 'we are short staffed'. Funny that, they were doing nothing at the time. Anyway their loss i went somewhere else. In the words of Roy Keane' "You have one job I won't be going back

Please don't come here, if you deliver a car. They don't give you any receipt, and you not able to claim it back

I always use to take my Van here to get washed. Staff is rude there card machine is not working anymore and couldn't clean the inside. Just wasted my time going there.

Probably one of the worst car washes in Hinckley. I paid £30 for a full inside and outside clean, but when I got home, my car still had bird droppings on it and noticeable marks from them not drying it properly. Definitely not worth the money – save yourself the hassle and go elsewhere.

I was the only one there. I couldn’t believe how quick it was cleaned but when I thought about it after I cannot remember anyone using a brush or sponge on the. At. I only travelled 4 minutes away and when I got out all the marks where insects were was still there. A complete waste of £10. Honestly, I’m stupid to trust these people. In future I will not use this company and I will get out whilst they are washing it. DO NOT USE!!!!

Went here today as my car needed cleaning. It wasn't busy there, one in front of me and one behind after I'd say 5 minutes. The first guy with the pressure washer and soapy cloth was trying to break some kind of world speed record I think! Then straight onto the guy to dry the car. Think he was in competition with his mate with the soap suds! Cost me £10 ...When I got home, I wasn't surprised that large bits of my car had been missed including the wheels. Had to wash my car again...please avoid this place if you possibly can or you will end up out of pocket and still have a dirty car!

Highly unprofessional staff ….. staff is rude and they don’t know how to wash car properly … charge me £15 and only took 5 minutes .. car is still dirty .. waste of time .. waste of money .. please don’t come here

Took my car for a full valet this morning, (£75.00) had some stains on the seats and I couldn't be more happy, even cleaned the baby seat. car inside and out was spotless, blokes was friendly enough not much English but we both understood each other. Would definitely go back and would definitely recommend.

Always a brilliant wash! Lads are really friendly and do a great job on your car. Price is really good (£20 for interior and exterior). We always come here and are never disappointed

Came here couple weeks ago. Staff was moving the car in front of mine, as he left them the keys. The staff member then reversed straight into my car whilst I was sat in it!!! Clearly wasn’t looking in the mirrors nor did he reverse slowly. Didn’t even bother apologising!!! I checked my car over there and then and also told the owner of the other car. No scratches/dent left on either cars but not the point! Will never go here again, nor recommend.

Terrible car wash . My car was all smeared with dry shampoo which wasn’t washed off properly . Had to wash my car again when I got home. Admittedly it was a rainy weather but they still should have used cloth to cleaned it after . No way I will come here again . Charging £10 for such a bad work!

Don't seem bothered, particularly wheels still filthy which is surely a major thing to focus on, loads of missed bits despite going around twice with the brush, brush and wash mits not even rinsed between cars let alone half way through or something. They used to clean the windows properly too, that's gone now so everything is streaky. Given 2 stars purely because it needed doing and from a distance it looks ok. Won't use again when I have to finish the job myself.

I visited the car wash yesterday (17/01) having been a customer for many years. On this occasions to say I was extremely disappointed was an understatement at the standard of the wash on this occasion. The vehicle still had salt/dirt on some areas of the paintwork which had been missed, the door sills were still dirty, the wheels were still dirty and generally the wash was not done properly. I have noticed a decline in the standard of cleaning lately and the standard of service had declined as well. The team has changed as well during the past few months and this is when it started to decline in standards. I am now going to have to look for another hand wash as £10 for hand wash that is not done properly is totally unacceptable.
