Mike at puma was very helpful picked up my car for a ceramic coating car now looks amazing 5 star

I sent my car to puma detailing for a 2 day treatment. Mike is really accommodating, he dropped me home and picked me up to collect my car. On the initial collection I was quite pleased as the car looked better than it had, however after a week I was looking around the car whilst talking to my neighbour, I spotted algae low down in the vents. I contacted Mike and he assured me he'd sort it , unfortunately after a few weeks he failed to turn up as agreed, so I gave up chasing him. He did respond and say he'd been I'll , tho he did post pictures of cars he'd detailed in the meantime. Mike is really helpful , unfortunately I won't be returning as I don't think my car got the treatment i was expecting. Hi Mike thanks for replying. Just to Clarify the Algae didn't appear after the treatment it was already there ,and not washed off when the car was supposed to be washed , Snowfoamed. Claybared plus paint enhancement.

Extremely disappointed. Con company.will take the cat and return it without even touching it. Charged me 40 pounds and returned the car without even washing the car from outside and undone from inside. I had to get my cat washed and clean it inside myself. Owner said he did not inspect the car where as he dropped my car back himself. Refused to refund my money back. Please don’t give them your car and don’t waste money.

I took my car to Puma Detailing after seeing their advert on Instagram. I had recently bought my car and wanted a ceramic coating applied. Mike was very helpful and advised on my options. I went for the 8 year ceramic coating after a paint detail and clay bar treatment. I was astounded at the results. The paintwork was smooth as silk after Mike had finished with it and was so glossy to look at, almost like it was wet. I’m so pleased with the results and I can’t recommend Mike enough. I’ve never had a car that looks so good! Puma had my car for two full days. Mike dropped me off at home once I had taken my car to him and he also picked me up once the car was finished. Puma left my car spotless. If you are debating on whether to have a ceramic coating done, then don’t debate. Just go to Puma. You won’t regret it!

Just got my truck back from Mike and Co and it looks amazing, had an 8 year Ceramic coating on the vehicle, found Mike upfront and very helpful and friendly, done a great job 👍

Took my F type to Mike to see what he could do to remove paintwork swirls and scratches. Left it with him for detailing and ceramic coating. When I picked it up it was a wow moment. Swirls and scratches gone and looks better now that when it came off the production line. Can't believe what he has managed to do.

Had my Mini countryman detailed by Mike, the paintwork was dull and had minor scratches it now looks brand new, l couldn't be happier, a superb job!!

Mike did a very good job on my VW Passat. The car was filthy and mouldy on the inside and out after being sat for 5 years. Did a super good job on the valet. Will highly recommend.

Just collected my audi a7, my wife has just said it looks like a new car. From my first meeting with Mike the process has been superb as well as the quality of his work. I had my wheels refurbed as well as the body machine Polish and synthetic protection. The wheel refurb is a unit on the same industrial estate, top quality, I went from audi silver to anthracite grey and they look superb, I'm so pleased. Cheers from Paul.

These guys offer deserve a far higher score than 5*’s - Excellent Service I’ve just got my Mitsubishi Shogun back from Mike and Lauren and I am honestly speechless, they have made it look like brand new inside and out. A truly astonishing job in just under 2 days. I went there purely from their reviews on FB and they haven’t disappointed. Anyone who thinks that their services are a little pricey, I’d like to point out that firstly they give you at least 3 years protection on the paintwork of your prized possessions, using top grade materials to create an amazing look. Add to that the fact that Mike will drop you home and pick you up free off charge and the man hours of 2 highly qualified professionals in their trade and they could easily charge a lot more! Puma Valetting is the place to go if you want your car to look amazing. The owner Mike will not try to hard sell it. First he will explain to you all the options then you will choose. My Mazda5 looks amazing now after the "pampering" session there. Mike was even kind enough to take me home then come back to take me to collect my car. Highly recommend.
