PERFECT-A Detailing Car Wash

I always wash my car here leaving happy everytime, but your guys today weren't professional, my car is full of water drops stains all around, plastic edges and bumps are not cleaned properly and I paid for a perfect wash of £15 outside only, tyres not cleaned as they were before. I'm not happy 😕

Terrible experience, I wouldn’t reccomend at all ! Unless you want your car scratched, and paintwork ruined ! Firstly this establishment say they are a card payment friendly establishment. Upon entering they ask for payment up front which is fine, but then they refuse to do work because I wanted a wash and go at £8.00 They then proceed to try and get you to spend more just because I’m paying card, I’m really glad I didn’t go here, they use traffic film remover and brushes so this would have stripped the cars wax and potentially scratched my car. I can see why this place is so quiet. So if anyone is potentially think of using do so at your own risk. Such a shame to see a small business conducting themselves so badly ! STAY AWAY

Used Perfecta for years but won’t be using them anymore. Occasionally if they were busy or unstaffed would take 45-55 minutes but the quality of the car wash was still good, best hand wash I’d had used at that point. But over time the 45-55 minutes car washes have became more regular whilst quality of the car wash is getting worse . Almost every visit now I’m there 45-55 minutes and quality of wash is so poor now I’m having to finish the job off when I get home due to missing the lower front bumper, sills, lower rear bumper, rear number plate area. On my most recent visit a combination of the car behind being to close and member of staff not being careful enough jetting washing a car so close to my car which was being dried lead to rear of my car getting wet again, which the member of staff drying my car shouted at the member of staff using jet wash for but didn't bother to dry my car off again and leaving water marks to dry which looked a mess on a black car and something else I had to clean once home. Also damage was caused to the boot of my car looks like jet wash was held to close to my car which has taken approx 2 inch x 1.5 inch of lacquer off and caused surrounding lacquer to bubble.

Friendly team, brilliant wash

Very well priced, fantastic service.

Not a fan of the pegs on the windscreen wipers, made from plastic with metal bits so wasnt great when they were jet washing and the clips were flying off (scratchies and ruined wipers) some people get airlined, some dont, I finished the car with my t-shirt as bits were missed. The car door next to us was slammed into our wing mirror. Luckily, the guy had put rubber on his door seals, so damage was minimal but could have been worse if not! (Top tip from that guy)
