My husband and I had an unpleasant experience twice. We have been using this station for last 3-4 months and spending 400-500£ monthly for fuel. The air filling machine wasn’t working properly today and we had to pay twice because it was showing error repeatedly, taking time and wire was broken at 2 places. My husband informed the team and worker misbehaved saying it is working okay and you can go somewhere else in a hostile manner. I de-escalated the situation. Before that an other worker was rude in their dealing while we were paying for petrol on night 2 weeks ago. I wish the workers are trained properly and listen to customers and there is a way to give feedback or speak to someone when such incidents happen.

Very poor customer service. The staff seem unhappy and unwilling to assist customers, even with small issues. Even when dealing with genuine customers, they treat them like thieves and don’t know how to speak respectfully. Date 27th september 2025 night shift staff.
