I had the pleasure of experiencing a full valet service at Alcester Car Wash Company today, and I am beyond impressed. The service was outstanding in every way. When I brought my car in, it was filthy with stained seats, dog hairs etc. By the time they were done, my car was spotless inside and out. It literally looked brand new. The team went above and beyond in terms of customer service. They really took good care of me, assisting my drop-off and collection, which was way beyond my expectations. Their friendliness and professionalism made the entire process pleasant and stress-free. As someone new to the area, I'm glad to have found such a reliable and high-quality car wash service. Moreover, their prices are very reasonable. For the exceptional level of service and care they provide, it's worth every penny. I will certainly be coming back here time and time again. Always friendly, the price is getting expensive at £22 for my SUV and no easily seen price list which feels like you don't know what you're going to get, but quick and convenient.

Car seemed to be cleaned ok on site. However when I checked it at home there was lots of areas below standard. I paid £22 plus a tip of £2. A lot of money for job done. Won’t be returning. !!!

Went today I think they are overpriced £20 for wash and dry off shall not be returning

My car was disgustingly dirty inside I had to use it for work as a dog walker . The whole team have worked on it and it is literally like a brand new car inside and smells devine . Thank you all for doing an amazing professional job on a wet rainy afternoon when you were very busy I really appreciate it and will be back .

Best place to get your car cleaned properly

I’ve been going here for a few years now, but it’s just getting worse. I’m sad to say it as I like the people. I paid £15 as usual for a wash dry and tyre shine. Came home, my tyres were dull and dirty, wheels still filthy, bodywork streaky. I normally wouldn’t mind if it was a 1 off so I tried to give them the benefit of the doubt, but it’s happened a few times now. I don’t expect a perfect detail for £15 but at least a clean car…

Speedy and spotless! No price list visible until you get to the front of the queue, but a "wash and go" for a large-ish car was £13.

I'm not going here anymore. Prices change every visit. No prices shown anywhere and now they are charging £2 for card payments which is also not shown anywhere. I don't want to haggle the price out the car window, just set the price and display them honestly. No wonder they prefer cash payments.

It was my first visit today to have my car valeted inside and out. What an incredibly nice gentlemen who thoroughly cleaned my car inside and out in this awful weather. He was such a lovely guy who did an incredible job. The car looks like new again, I'm super chuffed, thku so very much 😀

Absolute rip-off. Was told 15 pound by 1 guy for inside and out plus dry Got to the end to pay and said it was 50! No prices listed,which I think is against trading standards too! Will not be going back there. They had also missed some of front wing and around all my bright work on door cladding and wheel arches. Also I had to clean the inside front screen myself as missed it. Unfortunately had to give them 1 star,would not even give them that but have to for leaving a review.

Asked for inside and out to be cleaned Terrible job not even wiped inside doors , still bits on seats for 45.00 I would not use again
