First class car wash, friendly and helpful too. My white Jag Sportbrake always looks new after the wash. Apologies for bringing the Cocker Spaniel Still thoroughly recommended....

Please avoid this business at all costs. When cleaning the inside of my car they broke off the electronic handbreak button. I didn't realise until I got home because they hadn't told me and just placed it back in place. I got a quote from MG saying it'd be £70 to fix. I went back to the car wash next day and spoke with the owner (tall bald guy) to politely ask him to pay the bill. Let's just say it was a waste of time and they clearly have no interest in ethics or retaining longstanding repeat customers. He was rude and aggressive, refused to take any responsibility, and told me to leave.

I had a great car wash here inside and out. Competitively priced compared to other local options.

How these are getting such great reviews is beyond me. Went there 29-03-26, fag ash falling from the cigarettes being smoked while ‘washing’ my car, most of the lower panels missed, wheels still dirty and no tyre shine put on. Questioned the poor wash and was told “it’s good job, and tyre shine is extra money!’ Went home and finished it off myself.

Expensive and not the best experience.

They made a poor job of the interior. My car is a Smart, so it’s not as if there’s a lot to clean! However, worse than that they pushed the driver’s seat so far back it jammed and I’m waiting for a breakdown service to turn up and attempt to fix it. So far two hours at a car wash!

Genuinely hard working people, did a great valet service on my car, especially Albanian guy. I forgot something at the car wash and the owner of the car wash kindly it brought it to my address which is awesome of him.

Good attitude and prompt service

Came to get my Porsche washed recently with my mother. I was greeted with foul language and an awful attitude by one of the members of staff. I would rather lick my car clean then ever return to this establishment. avoid at all costs, awful service.

A very good clean

Really disappointing,wheels still filthy,big patch on front bumper missed, lower door on one side missed. Rear bumper another big patch missed on one side. Doors wiped however still dirty on inner frames. For £13 really not value for money. I have a brand new car in cloud blue/white so hard to see how these areas where missed during washing and drying. No attention to detail, states £12 however somehow cost £13. Rear window still dirty under spoiler could go on and on. Could jetwash for a few quid without making an effort and would have a better result. Sadly it's a shame as with a brand new car would return weekly if was done properly,you don't want to have to clean areas yourself after just paying for it to be done. Wasn't happy and won't return. . UPDATE . thanks for your rude response which only shows your customer service provided. I didn't go to super sausage in Northampton but the A5 and rated them 5stars as it was perfect unlike the service you provided or you would of received 5stars the same. Maybe I should of looked at the car prior to leaving however for a stupid reason expected you to do your job correctly.

Been using this car wash for a couple of years.... but won't be anymore, the service now is incredible bad, had my car washed this morning, had to tell them to do the windows properly, got home and the whole rear of the car hasn't been washed at all. If you are going to do a job then do it properly, don't do a bad job just cause you are busy.
