Not a good place guy gives me 300 coins for 2 quid change when I ask for the change in 2 coins guy doesn’t say anything and walks off. Deffo mad that I didn’t get the interior wash, don’t recommend attitude stinks also update: car wasn’t even clean dirt everywhere literally had to do it myself with a microfibre and bucket

Very excellent service, very thorough, jet sprayed, shampooed, jet sprayed, shampooed again, jet sprayed very thoroughly then dried and waxed car! Valet service was also very thorough too. Theres waiting space too, and staff are friendly. Genuinely happy with their service !

If I could give 0 stars I would. It’s more like a gang and not a team who wants to give their customers good service. Their main aim is to get you out of there as fast as possible hoping that you don’t notice the parts they didn’t finish or complete properly. Honestly it’s really hard to find a good car wash place in Birmingham but for sure this would be my last and final resort. It seems like they make up prices as they go along at times as for the exact same service I’ve paid less before. When I mentioned that the car wash wasn’t done properly whoever was in charge of taking payment brushed it off and still shoved the card machine in my face requesting payment. Like I said these guys are crooks and don’t leave personal items or expensive belongings on show especially if you’re alone. You may never see them again. POOR SERVICE.
