Birchills Hand Car Wash

had a poor experience at butchers and carwash they charge too much and my car wasn’t properly cleaned will not be returning

I had a really disappointing experience at this car wash. The job was rushed and several areas of the car were still dirty when I checked. What made it worse was the attitude of the staff, who were quite rude when I pointed it out. I expected a basic level of service and professionalism, but unfortunately didn’t get either. I wouldn’t recommend this place based on my experience.

Omar is super helpful and is very receptive to feedbacks, and takes customers satisfaction very serious. Great service provided.

Not overly impressed. I only had an external wash and dry as had child in the car but on looking at car when home it was clear they hadn't used a wheel brush on the alloys (just sprayed and jet washed off) and some lower sections hadn't seen a hand wash either. At the price point of these places I am not expecting perfection or show room but also expecting it to look somewhat the same/better than if I did it myself at home.

I've been using this car wash regularly and they never disappoint! The wash is always thorough, and the mini valet leaves my car spotless inside and out. The staff are friendly, efficient, and clearly take pride in their work. Great value for money and consistently excellent service. Highly recommended!
