I live locally and this place is the bane of my life; constant noise pollution - from high pressure jets, car horns being sounded, staff shouting, engines being revved - with no concern or respect whatsoever for the local residential community. As well as water (and presumably, chemicals) being sprayed onto/ over a public footpath, making it unusable by the public. Also, as mentioned by others, concerns over the legality of the operation and it's employees.

Very bad people. Almost criminal behaviour. Don't clean properly, have a bad attitude. I will be reporting to trading standards and the police over working, living conditions of workers... Some of whom told me they are here illegally.

Shocking car wash. I'd had a tyre changed beforehand and they didnt even wash the tyre soap off. Alloys are still dirty and whole bottom half of the car still covered in mud!

Absolutely shocking car wash save urself a 10er and do it yourself would be better,about 3 mins and more streaks and splats on windows plus still fly marks on windscreen terrible

Literally the worst cash I’ve been too.

Steer clear. They used dirty water and didn't do my wheels! Only realised when I got home. Also, as a woman, I felt a little intimidated.

Great value , quick efficient and friendly staff , I prefer hand wash as the staff will do the little details you ask . I have had the valet , the regular wash and the no2 .. I prefer the valet and the no2 , you get so much more for a few extra quid , and it makes a huge difference to the finished result ! They have recently upgraded so you have another covered area to drive into to do the hand polish and vacuuming etc .. makes it much faster as the queue for the basic wash moves much faster now they don’t have to do the extras there too, so waiting is minimised ! The boss Jasim is approachable and friendly too ! I have only used this car wash since i discovered it a couple of years ago .. I’m now a regular .. I won’t go anywhere else ! I give them 5 stars ✨. Been there today , they didn't clean it properly, still lot of dirt and foam left over the car, I have asked if they put any wax which should be included and they didn't, and told me is included in what they did!😂😂... however not a sign of wax, many people there but they wasn't able to give a clean properly! Just try to avoid them...

I used them for the first time yesterday, and I immediately regretted it. They just move their sponge around on the car without removing any dirty. After they finished washing my car, the sticky bird poo and dried dead flies were still visible on the car. When I complained that the car wasn't clean, they just shunted me aside with arrogance. When he was giving me change, he threw it on the floor for me to pick up. They lacked good customer service, politeness, and manners. They provided awful service. £8 down the drain...

After using these guys for well over a year now I stopped to get the inside and outside done. While getting the inside done I was shamed by the guy saying it looked like it had been years since the car had been cleaned. Two dogs and three grandchildren will do that. Got home, looked it over and the outside still had moss along the windows. The inside back seat was still untidy and the boot hadn’t been touched. Lost a customer today. Why would you try to shame someone when it is literally your job to clean the blooming thing?

Should have looked at the reviews. Paid 35 for a polish and full valet. Done within 30 mins. Had to do several inspections and point out everything they missed. Eventually I just paid them as they wasnt having it, so I took it down the road to AA Hand car wash and did the same.thing but a better outcome Bottom of the bumpers missed Door sils missed Parcel shelf not cleaned Polish residue on wing mirrors and other areas. Boot wasn't vacuumed.

Didn't ask me what I wanted at the end I asked if the wheels had been done, he said yes, and they hadn't been. Used to be a good place now very poor.
