Waves Hand Car Wash Redditch

Felt ripped of to be honest . Payed £70 for the full monty and the only thing different to the previous wash i had for around £40 was the seats had been cleaned. They had left dirt all around the wing mirrors and some of the interior was still dusty and hadn't been cleaned . Just be careful as a young woman or elderly not to be pushed into the bigger price as its not worth it. Would of been cheaper for me to buy the products to wash my car myself .

Waste of money. Many areas including alloy wheels and windscreen still had dirt on it. For £22 I expected something more. I feel ripped off

Time after time they remind me why I was meant to never go back. A quick solution to a problem of washing your car but I should have done it myself because they just leave the dirt on your car. I had some unfortunate bird watse on my car and all those are still there. They even waxed over it🤦‍♀️👎👎👎👎👎👎

I often use Rekon and his team at Waves to do both my cars never disappointed always does a first class job.

Been using the Tesco Waves facility in the Redditch area for 4 years. Each time the staff were very friendly and delivered an excellent result. Thank you Waves!

Paid loads of money for a below average job. Don't bother using

The staff was present, but unfortunately the entire visit was very disappointing. I was told to wait 1.5 hours for the service, but even after that time, nothing was done. There was a complete lack of respect for the customer and poor organization overall. I definitely do not recommend this car wash and I will not be coming back.

Used to be good but went to waves Redditch yesterday (friday), had to wait an hour and a half for a basic wash which cost £20 and I didn’t notice until I got to work a 5 minute drive that the wheels were untouched, filthy and covered in black brake carbon, general wash was poor so very expensive and very poor, will not return, which is a shame as I was a regular but they have really gone down

Paid 41 pound 4 nothing dirt and smears everywhere inside and out not recommended at all wont be going again at redditch

Car was in definite need of a clean and came out looking mint, friendly, fast and very happy with the work

Im not usually one for leaving reviews however I feel I need to on this occasion. I booked a gold carwash, hoover and clean inside, online and was told it would be £26. On collection I was charged £28 and then £26 was also taken out of my account however Jack at head office was very helpful and did refund the £26. The clean however, if that's what you call it, was diabolical, the car was not clean, the reverse camera was still covered in dirt and underneath the boot lip, greasy finger marks on the bonnet, door handle and passenger door and the inside looked like it had just been threatened with the vacuum. The door cards still had dirt marks on them and the door pockets and dash hadnt been hoovered or wiped down. My 10 year old has done a better job in the past. I will not be bringing my car back here again. Feel robbed of almost £30 to be honest, struggled to see what theyve actually done for the cost.

Convenient and quick. Got exterior wash and wax. Thought I detected many tiny scratches on both sides afterward. 5 stars for politeness in their explaining why it couldn't be their doing. I remained skeptical and showed it at car company-authorized repairers who said a handwash couldn't have done it; they also said a pro polish job would likely cover up most of the scratches. In light of that, I guess previous polish was washed off by handwash which is why they became so apparent to me on a close look. The wheelcaps and tyres certainly looked well-cleaned. They cleaned and dried inside the door-frames too which is good.

So bad!! I’ve never left a google review before but I was so upset by this company, I payed £40 for an outside and inside clean, was left with so much dirt in the cup holders, smears on the dashboard, really upsetting. I would not go back again.

Pretty good clean still some areas missed. Wasn't happy paying a extra £10 for some dog hair on my floor mats when it was £26 anyway. Also didn't appreciate the judgemental head shaking from the man when seeing dog hair. Your job is to clean cars.

Really good service, but they miss bits. On the whole though worth the money.

Enquired about size and was told vehicle was a 4. Previous visits never been charged that. Put official dimensions into calculator and sure enough car volume makes it a 3. Glad I told them to stick it!
