Lion's Hand Car Wash

Excellent service from the young lad Fiori at the car wash. Did the best job on my dashboard and is always friendly and smiling. Asked for his name just to write this review. Did an amazing job on the car and had even better customer service. Will definitely be going again!!

Don't ever go there when it's busy they don't do cars in order of arrival when the queue is side by side and more people just hang around on the phone than working

I always use them for a full car valet and have found them efficient, effective and reasonably priced for the food job they achieve . Well done guys!

Terrible service, they damage paint work, then try to overcharge you when in person in comparison to the price image, would not recommend 100%

I usually come here and leave happy with the results, but this time I’m really disappointed. I asked for the Gold service and the guy I spoke to seemed quite reluctant about it for some reason. He said it was fine but would take some time, which I had no issue with. They washed the exterior, but it wasn’t up to the usual standard. While this was happening, one of the staff was walking around with a cigarette in his mouth, which didn’t feel very professional. He later came over to dry my car, did a rushed job, and then complained that my doors were locked. He rudely asked if it was my first time at a car wash, then asked for £10 and sent me on my way. In the end, I didn’t receive the 'Gold' service I asked for, which should have included the interior. To be honest, after that experience, I wouldn’t have wanted anything more from them anyway. I'm quite reluctant to the idea of even coming back.

Car still had patches of dirt on it. Water run marks all over a alloys still dirty. Definitely will not go there again.

I had a great car wash experience. The team demonstrated excellent teamwork, working quickly and efficiently in an organised manner. The car was cleaned very thoroughly. While it’s not quite perfect, I am very satisfied overall. Highly commendable!

Good service

Not a good experience after we left my car to be cleaned, it wasn’t until I was home that I realised items were missing from the boot, went back the next day to be told they did not have the items but they were on the side being used but my bags have disappeared 😡😤 DO NOT USE

Poor service not brushing alloys wheels, poor drying. Have come back to re process cleaning of alloys, staff refused to do it. Try to say that is rust lol rust on alloy 😂😂

I was there once and the car was still dirty, they washed my car much better in Worcester.
