Kyle came out to complete a full valet on my focus, cleaned inside and out along with an engine steam clean. The car looks as good as new with all of those mud and food stains on the seats from the kids removed. The wheels acid cleaned back to perfection and all those tar stains on the roof removed and a full all over polish. Would absolutely recommend KB Shine Valeting and I will use again. Not only did he check in, he actually drove back home to grab his tools and spent a few hours helping me fix my car. He could have easily kept driving, but he chose to stay and help — you don’t meet many people like that these days. I didn’t use his car detailing business on this occasion, but if his kindness and willingness to help are anything to go by, his customer service must be top-tier. Truly grateful — thanks mate.

Just had my car done for end of lease return with a premium valet. Kyle did a superb job and it's in showroom condition. It's honestly better than it looked when it was delivered brand new 4 years ago. Its a white car and was covered in tar from the road and scuffs it had collected over the years. There's not a mark on it now. The interior is spotless and so shiny I may need shades on to drive it. The carpets and upholstery look brand new and it has that new car smell again. Great service from Kyle, who was very flexible about changing the booking to suit my deadlines to return the car, he came out to me on his day off which I really appreciated. I particularly like the booking system which gives text confirmations and reminders. Will use again and definitely recommend.
