It was an enjoyable experience here. Polite staff - I was not expecting a “Good Evening Sir”. I asked about the car wash options, and the assistant was helpful. The automatic car wash seems to have done an excellent job at getting rid of the winter grime around at the minute (it’s dark as I write this, so tricky to say) and at £7.50 on offer, it is at the right price. I don’t usually fill up at Shell, but I did this before to make the trip worthwhile and treated the car to some VPower, as I think it’s good to run a tank of it through now and again.

This is probably the most welcoming, happy, friendly, clean and enjoyable service station i have ever been to. The chap behind the counter welcomes you with hello and so happy to help with a lovely smile. Why can't everyone be like this!! 😃 Toilets immaculate and smelling of fresh cleaning fluid refreshing change. Total credit for your company this chap is. ⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐

I’m slightly disabled and asked them what the cashless payment service was so I could organise it before going over. It is quite painful to go over there - I don’t know if I’ll be Anne to set it up - and they wouldn’t when I phoned walk the to the other side of the shop and tell me. It’s written on the machine. It is difficult enough to the situation without my it being more difficult. I dint drive - I have to take a taxi

Where are the toilets

Good prices and quick, easy payment—that’s what we like. They also have toilets inside, which many gas stations don’t.

I use the app so very quick visit. Pump area was clean and paper towels available.

Every shell i go to is trying to scam people, you see a price on the shelf and when you go to pay it’s more expensive

A employee named Frankie was very rude to my aunt when trying to pump up tyre and walked away when she was asking for help as she doesn't usually do it herself

Staff are an absolute joke! Avoid!

Door closes at 8pm just because the lad from the counter wants that, disrespectful also , so toilets after 8pm not quite and if you want to buy something the lad look at you like you bothered him

The customer service team are absolutely first class, helpful, very friendly and seemingly very happy!! Very unusual these days!

I can honestly say that every time I've been to this place, I've had a positive customer service experience. It has a big spacious forecourt. Very clean. The shop is well lit, spacious and clean. But like I said, the friendly service makes it for me.

They are scammers have fuel pumps that aren’t working, but instead of marking them as out of order, they continue to charge customers even though no petrol is actually coming out of the nozzle and staff is so bad and arrogant they don't know how to talk and deal with customers specially named "Sumaiya"

Have to agree on how nice and helpful the staff are. Really. Never had a problem or complaint in connection with using the services or shop but the staff are just such consistently nice people. And I've used this place for years. It's remarkable. Whatever the management ethos is, it works. I struggle with the company's corporate reputation but I can't fault the local approach. Keep going.👍
