Tewkesbury's Hand Car Wash

These guys always do a thorough job. I have optedfor the full valet - leaves everything thoroughly clean and sparkling inside and out. Just need to remember to empty the pockets etc so they can clean them too! Update - opted for the £10 wash & dry. Still a good thorough job although now £15 in 2016! Now £18 in 2026

Not the best!guys washing your car with cigarettes hanging out their mouth!Took my volvo xc90 for a trial wash and wasn't impressed. Paid £20 for a wash and dry which I thought was expensive as simular sites charge £12 and didn't even receive tyre treatment!o won't be returning.

Went to this car wash today as it was easy and not too far out the way for me as i usually go to one in Worcester as they are cheaper and never fail to impress. I went today and waited ages for them to finish a car 2 cars ahead. They then did the car in front of me and then me and it felt rushed and already on the windows i could spot dirt they missed but this isnt unusual. The problem i had was upon arriving home. I stepped out the car to admire it after it was washed and instantly noticed dirt. The windows were still filthy, the doors had dirt down them and the wheels still covered in dirt and brake dust. Bear in mind I live about 5 mins away from the car wash and it was a lovely dry day so i didnt collect the dirt on the way home. I expected a hell of a lot better and recommend going elsewhere for your car washes.

High prices half a job done didn't wash roof made a right pigs ear of it won't go back there

They did a did almost a perfect missed a few little bits on my which isn't a big deal as I can wipe the few spots they missed with a cloth so I can't really fault that. But now the negatives I asked for the car to be hoovered the first guy scoffed at me very rudely in disgust at what I had asked for and on top of that I was over charged by £15 when I asked for wash,dry and hoover. The price states wash and dry £10 on a small car on the signs and online Your telling me that hoovering the car cost an £15?? I was charged a total of £30 and I have kept my receipt so I will be going back to car wash to query it

The TFR they is to strong causing chrome going milky and removing glass coat and ceramic coating from paint work. I understand the need for traffic film remover pre wash but chemical needs to be diluted more or change product.

Quick and efficient... Shame I noticed they had missed above my rear numberplate... You don't think to get put and check before paying... Maybe they need a mirror like the barber 🤣

I was disappointed at how my car was washed yesterday. Considering the price increase to £15 for wash & dry, I would expect to get a clean car. I got home to find so much dirt left on my car, it’s just laziness. The better weather is coming & I will wash it myself from now on! A waste of £15!
