had a very disappointing experience at this hand car wash. I was initially quoted 15 for a mini valet, but after the service, I was charged 25 without any clear explanation. What made things worse was the owner’s attitude — he was rude and unprofessional when I questioned the price difference. Good customer service matters just as much as the quality of the wash, and unfortunately, this place failed on both. I wouldn’t recommend this car wash based on my experience.

Honestly one of the worst experiences I’ve had at a hand car wash in Oldham. Charged £20 for a mini valet when most places around here do it for £15 – and the service wasn’t even worth that. Staff were extremely rude, no basic manners, and acted like they didn’t care about customers at all. The whole experience felt rushed and unprofessional. Definitely not how you treat people who are paying you. Would NOT recommend this place to anyone. Save your money and go somewhere else where they actually respect customers.

I've been here a few times for a valet, I've brought my car to them when it's been disgusting tbh and it's still come away fresh.

By far the best full valet I've had. Really impressed. Friendly, professional staff who did an outstanding job and it was around half the price of the one in the town centre. Would absolutely recommend, worth driving out of the way for I would say

Visited: 26 July 2025 £15 for a mini valet (30–40 mins) — worth every penny! They have a seating area while you wait (rare in oldham), and the only place in Oldham I didn’t have to say, “You missed the inside of the mirrors.” Peter was friendly and respectful. Car came out gleaming inside and out. Only small downside — rubber mats could’ve done with a quick dry. Also, the only place that throws in air fresheners for free Top service. I’d go out of my way to come back!

Charged me £15 for a dirty focus. Paid £20 and it was well deserved. Impressed with the service, speed and result. Cheers

I think this was my 2nd visit, as i usually wash the car at home,on this occasion it's because i'm attending a car show & didn't have time to do it. So why not stop off & have a pre wash & go,or full valet it you have time,Great service. 👍

We go out of our way to go to this car wash. The staff are friendly and the service is excellent. Good value for money.

They charged me £65 for a full valet because my car had a smell which wouldn't go. He told me this will make thr smell go but I went 2 times and they have made the problem worse. The inside of my car and the flooring internally is fully wet because they chucked loads of water inside. This has made the smell a lot worse. The owner is very rude, when we spoke to him he said they can't do anything else and said not to come back for the same problem. I am very disappointed with the attitude of the owner and the level of their work. My £65 went to waste.
