EDIT: His response is FAR from the truth. I never asked for a pick up/drop off, he offered that himself. Says a lot about someones character when they offer a favour themselves then bang on about it lol. The stain he is talking about he couldn't remove the first time as he obviously didn't try hard enough, second time round, he was able to? Does that not tell you how competent he is in his work? I'm not even going to respond to the rest as he's already been responded to privately, but for those customers looking to go ahead with him, make sure the product is actually applied to the vehicle. Anyone can make a car shine, a cermaic coating does more than that. Went for a ceramic protection and interior detail His ceramic detail did not work on my car Water sticks to the paint work rather than bead off like ceramic coating should Have messaged him but he's failed to rectify the issue A shame as I could have spent that money elsewhere.😔
