In the car industry yet drivers in their company cars are swerving in and out of lanes, speeding, taillgating. If there service is anything like their attitude of their drivers being agressive on the road it will be appalling. AVOiD!!!!

Decided to try the premium car wash. Tried paying several times at the machine next to the car wash. It kept saying the payment failed. I finally managed to pay and had the car wash which was far from premium only to discover later that I had been charged twice. I tried getting a refund from Morrisons but they said it was nothing to do with them. I then contacted Istobal and they replied straight away apologising and promising a refund. That was over 2 months ago and still nothing. Email them again and they said they would escalate the matter. Still nothing. Another email and now they are just ignoring me. Avoid this car wash at all cost!!!!

Judging by my experience and the other reviews Istobal need to do some work on training their staff costumer service and driving skills! One of their drivers this morning was extremely aggressive, confrontational and threatening to me this morning driving through Hinckley - why you ask? Well he flashed his headlights for me to go and I didn’t - apparently me missing that kind gesture means I deserve to be threatened, confronted and swore at three different times. I think the driver needs a well-being check if I’m honest, I don’t think he’s ok!!!! How such a small thing could warrant such an extreme angry outburst - I’m flawed. God knows what he does when he encounters a real issue 🤣🤣🤣🤣

To the driver of Ford Transit in Istobal livery MK65 AOT you seriously need to attend a driver's revalidation, its the public highway not a racetrack, you nearly hit the woman in the gold Toyota Aygo as you undertook her then cut her up on the A184 at 13.14 13/01/22, you're an excellent advert for your company!

Hope the car washes are better than the standard of driving in company vans!

Terrible customer service. Incompetent people. The machine was not working and the app eat my money. 25 for a response and said 15 more for the refound. No professional management. Just bad company and bad services. If the machine brakes your car your in deep sh... No help from no one on phone only excuses Bad just bad. The worst on 2021

Their van drivers are amongst the worst I've seen.If they are a representation of the company as a whole then this business should be avoided at all costs

Best of the best car wash in the world!!

Manual car wash didn't work when loaded with £2 credit. Automatic car wash app only due to issues but the app wouldn't work. All in all a poor experience sadly. Will stick to my old reliable bucket and sponge
