Five star hand car wash

Very friendly but £17 for a wash is a bit steep.. use to pay £12 so wot a rise..

1st time I went they ripped off my girlfriend by charging her for a large car when it's a 2 door convertible. Thought I would give them the benefit of the doubt and go there myself this time. I was told it would cost £25 (medium car price) which I was ok with but then he said its extra for dirty cars. Then said that didn't include the soft top and it would be £50 all in. They definitely make up the price as they go along!

Avoid – Damaged my car, hid the broken parts, and lied about it. The car wash itself was fine, but their honesty and customer service are completely unacceptable. When I opened my boot after getting home, I noticed the handle for the boot cover had been snapped off. I drove straight back to ask what had happened. Unsurprisingly, everyone feigned ignorance, claimed they couldn't find the missing handle, and even tried to accuse me of breaking it and jamming it shut myself! After searching the bottom of the boot, I found the snapped handle hidden underneath—with a clear crack in the casing where it had obviously been yanked out by force. Breaking something by accident is one thing, but shoving the broken piece in my boot to cover it up and then trying to gaslight me is disgraceful. To top it off, they can’t even decide what size my car is—quoting one price for a "small" car one day and charging for a "medium" the next depending on how they feel. Zero accountability and terrible integrity. I won’t be using them again, and I’d advise others to check their vehicle thoroughly before driving away.

I am extremely impressed with the service. My car was cleaned to an outstanding standard, better than at any other car wash I have visited. The attention to detail was excellent, and the car looked spotless inside and out. The waiting area was very comfortable, warm, and welcoming, with sofas where customers could relax while waiting. The owner was incredibly friendly and hospitable, and it was clear that he genuinely cared about customer satisfaction. He made sure that every car was cleaned to the highest possible standard before it left. I highly recommend this car wash to anyone looking for professional, high-quality service. Amazing guys. I usually either wash my car myself or let these guys do it. They always do a great wash but, today I let them lose on moping my car and, oh my god, what an amazing job they did. Keep it up guys, you give a great service and always with a smile.

You take your car to get cleaned as it’s dirty?! That’s the whole point of going to get your car cleaned!! Getting quoted one price then come back moaning how he didn’t charge me enough as I take it he don’t like actually doing any work. Found the men rather rude, intimidating and with them Saying sarky comments to make you feel uncomfortable. Didn’t even clean a window on the car saying that they don’t cut corners and left my seats soaking wet!! Won’t be going back. Obviously like cleaning cars that are clean that don’t need any work doing to them. Worse experience I’ve ever had especially towards a woman. Avoid like the plague!!!

Excellent every time.

Used them today for the first time and was massively impressed. Very polite and professional and the standard of their work is excellent. Yes it is more expensive than a drive thru but you get clean wheels for a start!! My Jaguar XF came out absolutely shining, and that wasn't the full treatment. Will be going back soon for a full wax and valet. They are very well set up and organised, I was very surprised at how many cars went through in the 40 minutes or so I was there. I think it represents excellent value for money given the level of detail they apply. Excellent job and well done lads, I will be seeing you again soon...

Very polite, quality and quick service. Reccomend to anyone local or passing. Comfortable waiting area available, with clean toilet. Walking distance from pershore town.

Not that impressed as I only had a basic exterior wash on a small car that cost £12. Bird mess not removed properly and the remnants of dead flies still evident. Some people must think it is OK as it is very popular
