Was ok lovely people but clean wasn’t the best looked good when they left and appreciated the extra clean when they found sweets but on closer look it wasn’t worth the money. Windows were streaked, brake discs had rusty water marks all over every one, centre console still had bits in. Leather seats weren’t very clean. Was average had better cleans elsewhere. Appreciated how quick the booking was as they came the same day

Fresh Car Valeting provided an excellent service. Darien was friendly, professional, and happy to answer any questions I had. My car looked spotless by the end. They were also very accommodating, even though I was parked in an extremely busy area, and handled everything smoothly without any fuss. Highly recommend.

Very poor service. I’ve booked a mini valet with a mould removal. Someone’s messaged me asking for the photos. I’ve sent the photos and then they’re there trying to say that I need a full valet when I’ve specifically asked for a mini valet. I’ve added a mould removal. Which specifically means to remove any mould. But he’s there trying to argue the fact that the mould removal is not meant to remove mould. Wouldn’t recommend to anyone.

Abby who cleaned my car was gem. A lovely person. She was a little late arriving but kept me fully informed of when she would get here so it wasn't a problem at all. It’s too dark to look at my car now but I expect to be impressed when I examine it tomorrow morning.

Easy booking experience. Received a confirmation text the day before. Darius who came was polite and friendly. When I checked the car over after he had finished. I honestly couldn’t fault it, it looked like it did when it was brand new. The whole car was gleaming inside and out. Would definitely recommend. I most certainly will be using again.
