Great full service today. Alan provided the mini valet - inside/outside clean. Excellent and friendly staff on site adjacent to Tesco Littlehampton petrol station. Quick and efficient. So convenient. Highly recommended.

Living right near the beach, it feels like the seagulls always seem to use my car for target practice! So I have to get it washed quite regularly, the IMO Car washes always do a decent job as the staff always get the most stubborn dirt off with a pressure washer before it goes through the automatic washer, although the prices seem to have gone up quite a bit recently, next to a hand wash, they are the best by far!

Used to be ok, then I had one bad clean and didn't go for a while, but was at tesco and thought I would give another chance. My wheels didn't look touched, there was still mud all up the back of the car and bird poo on roof and windscreen. Honestly didn't look like I had had it washed. Will continue to have it washed at whale wash im shoreham from now on!

I have just been to the car wash and one of the guys was very rude to me as I wasn’t quick enough with the payment online.Because of his behaviour I was distressed and couldn’t get the car in the right position without help from the other guy who was very polite. I will never go there again, I am very upset.

I bought a card wash using Tesco club card points. I showed the print out at the car wash (this had been accepted at Chichesyer car wash) but the guy wanted to see the original email. He took my phone out of my hands at one point to try to see my email account. I showed him the original email (the conversation took about 4 minutes total) and all went ahead. Then another man approached me and started complaining that I had held them up, and I should not do that again. There were no other customers at the car wash. I won't bother them with a return visit.

Staff is very professional, super fast and friendly. I like to visit here every week for car wash.👍👍🚘
