I have used this hand car wash for a few years now . Great service ,my car is always beautifully cleaned and shiny . Friendly professional service all round . Would recommend .

Dont waste your time and money. Very poor job of washing my car. When i got home did a good look over to find smears and missed dirt on almost every panel. 6 year olds with a bucket of water could do better. It looks like they tried to dry it in the sun after the shampoo dried. AND THEY ONLY TAKE CASH?

Awful job, zero stars. When I first saw my car I thought they hadn't washed it. Surface job, no attention to detail. No exactly cheap, I offered them half, which was generous, but they wouldn't give me my keys until I gave the full amount. The man at the desk kept saying it was "perfect", "they are on minimum wage" and "how long do you think we have". Will definitely need to get it washed again.

Thank you so very much to the kind gentlemen from the hand car wash team, who helped me 25min ago to regain access to my car. I was so distressed having stupidly locked my car key in the boot. Thankfully I left the front windows a bit open so the gentlemen could help me opening the door. I'm very grateful for your kindness and that you didn't hesitate to help me out. Today, when I arrived to get my car washed, the man told me that my car which is a Vauxhall Meriva with 5 seats, would be treated as a minivan and that I would need to pay £40!! This is the first time I have heard this. The Vauxhall Meriva is not a van or a large car. It is a small or medium car and I always pay £20 or £25.When I said I did not agree, he said it would take at least one hour to clean the car, so that was the price in a rude way. I took photos of my car and their price list. The price list shows £20 for small cars or £25 for medium car. What on earth he asked me to pay!! pricing policies vary from person to person and from day to day and they undermine the customers' trust. This place lost me and I will never ever go there again and I will tell my family not to use there again.

I want to say a massive thank you to the staff at Hollingbury Asda Hand Car Wash. Couple of days ago I accidentally left a bag under the passenger seat of my car containing gold bars worth around £50,000, along with the receipt. I completely forgot they were there when I left my car for a wash while I went into Asda. After work I suddenly remembered the gold was still in the car and realised I had taken it to the car wash. I was extremely stressed and worried. When I checked my car, the bag was still there exactly where I had left it. The staff had cleaned and hoovered the car but didn’t touch anything. It really shows how honest and trustworthy they are. I’m truly grateful to the team. Thank you for your honesty. it means a lot.

Parked my car and they came and gave me a reasonable price. My car quite dirty but they charged me a reasonable price for inside and outside. Went to Asda for my shopping and car was ready after my shopping. Very convenient for me. I would get my car washed whilst doing my weekly shopping. Would highly recommande.

They have ruined my car. I have been to this car wash easily 5+ times and this time they charged me £45!!!! When normally it is £35 when I kicked back he said okay £40 - then when I collected my car I found they had ruined the paintwork on the bumper. Someone polished it for 5 minutes and nothing came off - head office’s number just rings and rings and they never return my message I will be complaining and getting this part replaced but I know it’s going to be hard as no one comes back to me!!!!

Had my car done outside a few times. One of the very few car washes with honest prices. They're good and quick.

Not a terrible job on the inside but for £35 you’d expect a top job for a simple hoover and wipe down. The guy went from nice and smiley to rude pretty quick after I asked him to turn the hoover off so I could quickly explain something to him because he said he was in a hurry as he was the only one there. There were clearly two of them!? 😂 Prompting me to assume he’d do a rush job. On our return, he had unceremoniously dumped all our stuff back in the boot. We drove here especially so won’t be coming again! Sorry. This is the first bad review I’ve ever left on Google. Really am quite surprised as have been here before and had a good experience. Was most taken a back at be talked to so rudely especially as we were gracious enough to give the guy a £5 tip, that he really didn’t earn. I feel like he now owes me a fiver. Cheers.

Absolutely horrible service! Paid for gold (£30) to have the outside cleaned and the inside properly vacuumed and cleaned and I got back to the car 45 min later and still found all sorts of rubbish under the seats, inside cup compartment and dust everywhere. When I complained about the results they said this is their best and they don’t care about my complaint and didn’t even what to see the problems I pointed out. Avoid at all costs!!!!
