just been to the shell (22:30 22/02/24) and the night worker is blaint rude, i tried to ask him if he can get me a drink from the fridge as i forgot to ask, he just kept on telling me the price of what he already has on the counter, i see him quite regularly and he has always been nice to me, but tonight he had a change of attitude, my family members has had similar experience with this individual on quite a lot of occasions and its just not on.

Visited today to collect my first too good to go bag from here this evening and have to admit, I was really disappointed. The bag only had four items in it, yet they advertise a value of £15 for £5 charge but personally upon calculating it up it didn't quite reach the £10 mark. Don't think I'll be adding these to my favourites anymore.

I only use shell super deisel in my vehicle, its always in stock, service is always good also.

I go here every day and most staff are really welcoming, but there is one male staff that is always rude, ignorant, snatches money when I pay, not at all helpful and when I see him I think oh not him again hoping he won’t serve me. Shouldn’t be working there! Next time I will look at his name tag and post that too.

Coffee at 3:30am closed apparently and won’t be available until 5:00am sort your staff out your a 24h service station. And don’t give me a reply that they were not working I’m far from stupid…

Quite bad experience. Last time I visited, it used to be a nice garage, now it's overtaken by foreign workers. Upon walking in, all I could hear was staff speaking their own language. Not a pleasant experience. Asked to speak to a manager, but he wasn't in and I was told to come again in morning, which I did and, no surprise, the manager is also foreign person who seems like he doesn't even know what to do. Do not recommend, BP down the road is far better, cheaper petrol as well.

Shell make the best fuels, their personnel are always of a good standard, the only strange thing about this forecourt is the amount of algae growing on the signage and the fascia boarding around the forecourt covering, it's looking a bit post apocalyptic at the moment.

Great quality fuel and products, overall shopping experience is pleasant to good. Nice clean pumps and forecourt.

2 costa coffee machines but can't make coffee before 5am...

24hr garage, technically, but arrived at midnight and the shop isn't open so you can't actually buy anything!!! Also, must be the most expensive petrol in the south east - 8p more than next nearest and 10p more than the cheapest I've seen!!!!! First and last time in there - drove on!!!
