Not sure what the negative reviews are about. They were super quick, super friendly, very accommodating with a bank transfer when the card machine stopped working. Complete exterior clean in less than 15 mins. Fab, thanks so much

Very disappointing customer service after mentioning that there was still large bug marks on the front bumper that had not been washed off to be argued with that is was the paint lacquer coming off, I said he was talking rubbish but he was adamant body paint issue, told £18 gave £20 note off he went to get change this was before I had seen above bug marks and on his return no change can have it cheaper next visit !!!!!!! surprise surprise get home and cloth with bit of soap and all gone just ripping us off, so would not recommend,

I took my car down here, today. I was really concerned that no one would be able to get the amount of dog hair ingrained in the carpet, the mats and many of the surfaces out. I needn't have worried, the job these guys did was absolutely stunning ! The interior is spotless and the exterior is unbelievably shiny. It looks even better than when I bought my car from a second hand garage two and a half years ago. I thoroughly recommend them.

Ok so i know the car is king but a guy who works here full on shouted abuse at me for walking through the entrance which is a pedestrian right of way. He continued for 5 minutes in front of the customer so i would suggest female drivers take your business elsewhere because if he can treat a middle aged woman with a support dog in this way then what hope is there that staff here will learn any manners or common decency any time soon? Unsafe for women.

Looked online: £60 for a valet. Went in they said minimum £120. Showed them the online price and they said actually best they can do is £70.

One staff member has a very rude behaviour towards me, saying that i dont even know how to speak english, he said they only accept cash but there is a post there they offer cashless transaction. He keeps yelling, other staff just looking at me knowing that he got this kind of behaviour. My first time and definitely my last time going there. Bad experience (went there saturday 25th 12ish) 🥲

Lovely job was fast and friendly

I've been using this car wash for over a year now and found Alex and all staff very friendly. They recently did inside of my car after it had been to garage and got grease marks of the door panels. I've never been disappointed with them. Would highly recommend 👌 Reasonably priced too

Went out of their way to make sure I was happy with the wash, and were friendly and welcoming. They cleaned the inside and out for £40, which is expensive, but to be fair, my car was pretty dirty. Only gripe is that they ask for cash payment, and some items inside my boot got a bit wet, but not a big deal.

Rubbish. Aggressive and rude. They jet wash the INSIDE of your car. Door card, window motors, seats all soaked. Used to be ok but now it's awful. Avoid at all costs. Demanded cash as they're obviously trying to pocket some money from the owner. When I realised this would be a dispute I insisted on card payment. I will be seeking a chargeback from the bank as they refused to let us leave without payment.

Very expensive and not friendly service at all! They made me feel like they are doing me a favour cleaning my car. They were very unfriendly. My car was not properly cleaned inside either! I suggest washing your car somewhere else!

They just seem to make up prices as they feel like

The inside needed a better clean still dusty and bits in the door around the gear stick and in the coffee holder . The back seat needed another vacuum it still had dust in the seams and paper in the door shelves . The boot had been poorly cleaned leaving a lot of dirt. When we opened the doors there was still mud on the inside . £35 was a lot to pay for a poor job and they only wanted cash !
