I sent an email to the contact on your website. It’s either not been read or deleted, as I haven’t heard anything. I took my van here last Saturday (4th July) for a wash, polish and Valet for £80.00. When I returned my van looked worse than when I had left it. The lady that done it (I won’t name her) said the paint was too old and she couldn’t get it to polish. It’s 23 years old, surely you should have some knowledge about what’s good for certain aged vehicles. I usually wash and polish it myself, but couldn’t due to an operation. I’m not stupid and know it won’t look brand new, but a lot better than it looked when I picked her up. I checked the reviews. They looked good, my neighbour brings her car here, so thought my old van was in safe hands. How wrong I was. It wasn’t till I got home, I could see the full damage, it looked like whatever they washed it with had stripped a layer of paint off the van. I went back later with a someone who said he knew the owner (who wasn’t there). He was told the same thing, as me about the age of the van, by the same lady. . He asked if I could have a refund and got a straight NO. I’ve now had to pay someone to compound her to get the colour back, but it didn’t work on the bonnet, that is a mess. There was a bonnet bra on, but I think where it was wet for longer it stripped the paint further. I ended up paying £50 for a valet, which to be fair was ok , but not at £50 and the paint stripped off my van. There are more photos, but will give you an idea of what I’m on about. So if you have an old vehicle with “old” paint maybe just wash it yourself. I await a reply.
