Broadwater Hand Car Wash

Had my van washed here they took 10 minutes to clean the outside with a jet wash they didn't even dry it. I come home and had to clean the wheels my self and they had missed the dirt around my number plate 🙃

It was last time i visited this place. 30 pounds for a small hatch back car ? And there was still sand in my trunk …

Worst Car wash we have ever been to! Don’t waste your money! Car is still dirty, have to now go clean it myself!

This was by far the worst experience I’ve ever had at a car wash. I have a lot to say, but if you care about your car and want to avoid damage to your paint, stay far away from this place. When I pointed out that my car wasn’t properly cleaned, the staff became aggressive—one of them even threatened to spray my car with the pressure washer out of anger. The behavior was violent and completely unacceptable. Do yourself a favor and avoid this place entirely.

Advertise £8 for car wash, then charge £15 because the car was very dirty!!! Of course it's dirty, that's why I took it to a bloody car wash. Poor service all round, grunt and point rather than customer service, car still dirty, first and last time using this car wash.

Decent car wash for a reasonable price. £40 for a SUV inside and out clean. Good location to drop the car and go for a walk in the park while it is being cleaned.

Scam poor service police should take action against them They charged me extra for no reason

⭐☆☆☆☆ Avoid this place at all costs. The sign clearly advertised a car wash for £8, yet I was charged £20. This felt completely misleading and there was no satisfactory explanation for the extra charge. To make matters worse, the car was still dirty after the wash. I paid for a professional service and received a result that looked rushed and careless. When I asked why the car wasn’t being dried, the staff responded with sarcasm and told me that the sun would dry it. Instead of addressing a legitimate concern, they chose to mock a paying customer. Paying more than double the advertised price for a poor-quality wash and disrespectful customer service is unacceptable. This was one of the worst car wash experiences I have had. I will not be returning and would not recommend this business to anyone.

Now taking the 1st place at car The worst car wash podium. First of all, I had to pay for drying, which is ridiculous (who want to leave they car wet, then the car wasn't really dry when they finished. Second...the pictures talk themselves. Third, below my feedback, the guy paid £20 for inside and out, I've paid £18...I know there's price difference between size of cars, but I didn't come with a lorry. A few years back, they were okay, but now...

Nice guys, made a very dirty car look like new inside and out. All done for £40 in around a half hour. Great business.

I just wash my car at broadwater car wash.i have used an other car washes. But this one was the best one I ever been. So highly recommended.

Absolute, rubbish, they used to be good, they make up the price as they go along!
