I've been using Guildford Hand Car Wash & Valeting for a few years now and I've always been very happy with the service. The staff are friendly and professional, and they always do a great job of cleaning my car. I recently had my car valeted and it came back looking like new. I would definitely recommend Guildford Hand Car Wash & Valeting to anyone looking for a quality car wash or valet service.

They do an amazing job and quickly too.

Good customer service and speedy car wash. However after today I won't be taking it back after the paint wash damaged with scratches from potential grit in the rags.

I have been a customer here for years. Today I caught the staff coordinating with each other to use then steal a full bottle of aftershave out of my car. Utterly disgusting will never use again.

Really poor service. The job was not done properly, especially the wheels, which were still dirty after the wash. I had to point out several areas that needed to be cleaned again. Attention to detail was lacking, and I expected a much better standard of service. Unfortunately, I would not recommend this car wash.

I went to the car wash last weekend. The car was not cleaned properly and my (sat nav) screen on the inside of my car has a huge scratch across it which I’ve had no response to but I’m sure as I didn’t notice it until I got to Sainsbury’s they would say it wasn’t them especially after ready below reviews. AVOID AT ALL COSTS. They are not friendly and one even shouted at me for not going through the dryer slow enough and that he had to now do it by hand, which i did go slow but if they don’t tell you to go super slow, how are you supposed to know. I’m so upset and have not even received a response since contacting them.

Excellent car wash, I always call in when I can, as I do not live near it, but certainly the best hand car washi have experienced. Very efficient and lots of attention to detail.

If I could give less stars I would. They took a chip of paint off my car. When I went to ask about it, the man who was taking my payment. He said “it wasn’t them, they just washed the car”. Huh!!! They rush the washing and don’t vacuum properly inside. Can’t recommend!

I’ve been a loyal customer for years, but unfortunately, my recent experiences have been disappointing. On several occasions, I’ve noticed a clear decline in the quality of the finish, with my car not being cleaned to the standard I previously received. It’s also concerning to see dirty rags being reused from one vehicle to another, which raises questions about how much dirt is carried over and the quality in products being used leaving residue seen in the pictures attached. Given these issues, I won’t be returning in the future. I hope this feedback is taken seriously and used to improve the service for other customers.

We are regulars to this car wash for years!! But absolutely disappointed with the service

Very disappointed with poor service received yesterday. This place has gone so massively down hill it’s ridiculous. I’ve been three times in a row where my cars not been clean afterwards, I’ve tried to give them a chance as the owner was such a nice bloke but it’s pathetic. Avoid this place, maybe if people stop going the owner will sort it out.

They do a great job. Very condiment. Keep it up.

AWFUL SERVICE!!!! Washing the car in rush without getting rid of the dirts!!! Wont go back again, very poor service.
