Disgrace !!! Not only have we had cigarettes stolen, small. Change and a horse brooch ....but today in desperation had to return as car needed a clean . So removed all valuables ( a must) only to be told ( despite prices written up) it would be an extra £10 cos car was dirty !!!!!!! ..... So no where at all does it say if your car is extra dirty it will be more !!!! AVOID !! AVOID !! AVOID !!!!

Absolute life saver, battery died and he helped me, will 100% be washing my car here now!!!

Expensive & cash only - £15 for a basic outside wash only. Prices have risen 50% from my last visit and seem to be different staff so possibly under new ownership. Seemed to do a rushed job. Most other car washes in the area charge £10-£12 for a basic external wash and it certainly wasn’t worth more than that plus many others accept card payments. Won’t be back in a hurry & difficult to recommend

Shocking place. These guys tried to charge £100 to clean my car. Once I challenged, they replied 'new boss' they then dropped it down to £70 from what is advertised at £35! Don't trust this place especially when they're trying to charge this much for apparently the car being 'a little more dirty'. Stay away!

I’ve been to a lot of car washes over the years, but Ringwood Hand Car Wash really stands out. The staff took their time and didn’t miss a spot. Very friendly service too.

I arrived to have my car cleaned, was told it would be £10 extra to clean as it was dirty!! I don’t clean my car when it’s clean??? Rude, avoid!

AVOID! Took our car in for a wash, have used this company once or twice before. We returned to the car after one hour as they told us it would take this time, to find out they lost our car key. Their reasoning changed each time to what had happened. Useless at contacting or helping to rectify the situation. This has cost us so much. Was the key lost or stolen? The keys are not secured where they hold them. Avoid at all cost. When people are disappointed with the service from this car wash, there not wrong!!!

I sadly have to agree with the latest reviews...I went yesterday and the service was appalling. £40 and they just badly hoovered the car. So I did ask to clean the seat which hadn't been touched at all and this guy, rudly speaking with another one in their own language, started spaying some greasy stuff so the car is all sticky inside. Back seats in the boot haven't even been pulled up and hoovered. I have been using this place for years, but obviously the new ownership is not as good as in the past. What a shame.

Came here yesterday and the back seats still are still dirty and not properly cleaned, boot untouched even after being told it would be cleaned and a disgusting chemical smell left in the car which won’t seem to go. £35 for a poor car wash, go elsewhere in town for cheaper and better.

Didn’t clean my car properly. Still dust and untouched on the dashboard. Also still crumbs in back seats. Worst car clean I’ve ever had. Outside wasn’t cleaned properly either. I never leave reviews.

Very good car wash and quick

Always had a great service at this car wash previously, however, upon taking my car there on Friday 15th December, I will not be returning. I've got several scratches on my windscreen, marks on the leather interior from sprays which is not coming off, excess product not buffed out and an overwhelming chemical smell still after the weekend. And I gave them an extra £5. Not the usual chap I see there and felt very uncomfortable being stared at by the chap in charge on Friday.
