East Grinstead Automatic Car Wash

I went in to get a car wash. I accidentally lost my slip for the car wash on the way from the kiosk to my car and they simply wouldn’t help me. ‘I can’t help you, it’s your fault, you lost it’ This is the same woman who served me 2 mins previously. This same woman also consistently says only the most expensive car wash option is available when I know this is not the case. There is litter everywhere and it’s just a tatty place. This company is low quality with low standards and we want more for East Grinstead!

I paid 60 pounds for internal velvet 2 hours ago, unfortunately did not check before leaving. Definitely not recommended

Just had my little Fiat 500 done inside and outside. Fantastic service! Guys are very professions and polite. Cleaned to a very high standard. I’m a very happy customer and this will be my new car wash! Thank you guys!

Expensive, didn't clean the car properly and difficult to see instructions.

Poor, No instructions to get ticket from kiosk first before reaching station, ultra wash leaves stains and incomplete outside cleaning

Friendly team, super job, sensible transparent up front prices & great value for money, they always go the extra mile and keen to please and it makes all the difference. Open early till late and weekends. They do a better job than the A22 car wash centre the road. Only been up and running 3 months and I wish them luck, they certainly get my vote.

Turned up they said 20 minutes came back and the windscreen had smear marks the car wasn't hoovered then they lost my key to my car absoloutely waste of time and space and never to be used again. I wouldn't even go near them and what a waste of 20 quid , won't bother and nor should you quite frankly they have no idea what they are doing

Just had our 4x4 done on the outside. Super efficient guys. The car is gleaming. Will definitely come here again for a clean

I just want to start off by saying that they are the cheapest hand car wash in the whole of east grinstead however this does not mean that they do a lesser job because ive never seen somebody be so thorough with my car. Attention to detail is spot on. This is my new go to carwash, 100% will recommend.

not very impressed,tried to over charge and did not do all the items listed on wash menu,will use another place next time
