Botley car spa

The guy did a lovely job inside and out whilst we had a wander round the garden centre reptile shop and had a coffee and cake in the restaurant/cafe would recommend these guys certainly paid attention to detail.

There were many places left unwashed. Including even the place for botles. The glass looks terrible in the sun. I had to wash and rub it myself.

Payed £40 pounds today for a real shabby job embarrassingly bad! See pictures don’t use these people. The guy running the place definitely had no customer service skill’s whatsoever and extremely nosey! rude persona and to top that the car was still dirty, the inside was filthy😡

First thing the guy was on own so over worked. Went with brother today , got over charged and bad job! Had to go to another car wash ,I tried to call but number not in use. As we left he blasphemed to us under breath! I had to beg my brother not to go back once he checked the car when home.

This car spa is straight-up terrible and borderline disrespectful to customers. The work was lazy, rushed, and clearly done by people who don’t care at all about quality ( I think his name is Shaban). My car came back still dirty, with streaks, missed spots, and grime that anyone with eyes would’ve noticed. Calling this place a “car spa” is a joke — I’ve seen better results from a £5 DIY wash. On top of that, the staff were uninterested and unprofessional, acting like doing the bare minimum was too much effort. Absolute waste of money and time. Save yourself the frustration and go literally anywhere else

I recently discovered this fantastic local car wash - Rada and his team are incredibly professional and take pride in their work. My car was left absolutely spotless – better than I’ve ever seen it! They also specialize in motorcycle washes, and I’ve used their services several times for my bike. Each time, the results were exceptional. An added bonus for me is the location - you can relax at the garden centre and enjoy some tea and cakes while they work on your vehicle 😊 It’s a perfect combination of top-notch service and a lovely way to spend some time. Highly recommend this place to anyone looking for outstanding car or motorcycle cleaning!

Been to a few car washes in my time Hands down this Car Wash is the best The people are so nice and friendly And honestly, I will never go nowhere else now They’ve done my car about five times and every single time it is gleaming it’s so clean inside It’s not rushed they take their time To get it right 20/10 for me

Car was cleaned to a good standard, even though I had a right deadline. Great job and friendly guy.

It looks like they are doing a good job and working hard on each car but after being trapped in a holding area for about half an hour and not a thing done to my car I managed to make a get away before wasting any more of my time today. End result - nothing done. Not enough staff I think.

Best car wash locally - really care and take the time to CLEAN your car. If you’re a regular user of pinkmead give it a go and you will thank me later

Terrible service! I paid for the £25 package and half of that package has not even been done. The inside has not been dusted, the back not cleaned and even the wheels are still covered in brake dust and the tires not dressed. Very poor! I will not waist my money here. They weren’t even busy and I now know why. People you have been warned!
