Chipped my paint, refused to take responsibility for it.
Went for the £20 inside outside clean. Bonnet of the car still had dirt and water marks on it. Rubber mats not cleaned. Still had mud on them. I had 10% discount leaflet. Which I told them when I went to pay. I checked my account when I got home. And they didn’t take off the 10%. Still charged me £20. Shame as normally they are very good. I will look around the area for another car wash. ☹️
Just checked my credit card statement and see they charged £35 instead of £25. Scammers. A pity because they do a good job but can’t be trusted.
Best hand car wash in the Woking and surrounding area. Anyone that has left a negative review needs their head checked. I took my car after several months of winter dirt all over it and for £10 it came out spotless. They use good equipment and alway clean rags to wash and dry.
Car wheels damaged. And they was extremely rude and said what do you want me to do about it? AVOID AT ALL COST!!!!

First visit and last .The outside very well done but the inside barely touched , very disappointing.
