Waves Hand Car Wash Petersfield

Avoid. They parked their van right next to my car even though there were hundreds of available spaces, I thought it was very close and I was right, the apparent bossman banged his door into mine without hesitation and apology. Thank god no damage. They said “we will be with you in a minute” then started talking and smoking, like people have nothing to do but wait for them all day. Rubbish customer service. I waited another five minutes and left. Avoid at all costs, appalling customer service and they couldn’t care less of your car. I am not surprised no one else was there waiting despite them being very late.

Honestly so bad. They said they would take an hour to clean the car when I dropped it off but I was still waiting after 2 hours. I paid in cash but then they charged me an extra £1 because they claimed they didn’t have enough change, when I offered to pay via card they then refused! Staff were rude and surly. Would strongly recommend to avoid and use one of the other car washes in Petersfield

I visited Waves Car Wash in Petersfield today and had an excellent experience. They are now under new management, and the difference really shows. The new staff were extremely friendly, welcoming, and professional, and they did a brilliant job washing my car. The whole experience felt much better than before, and my car looked great afterwards. It’s really nice to see the place being run with such care and attention. I would definitely recommend Petersfield Waves Car Wash and will happily be returning.

Quite expensive for a poor service. Really worked hard to make me pay £50 for platinum clean. Outside was fine but inside had bits left in the centre cup holders, spiders webs round sun visor and bits in joins on seat panels. Don’t bother using them.

Extremely poor customer service. I went in to ask about having my car cleaned and the staff member immediately criticised how dirty it was and quoted £150. When I declined, he then asked how much I wanted to pay and suggested £100 instead. The whole interaction felt rude and unprofessional and made me feel embarrassed for simply bringing my car to a car wash. I left without using the service. Customers should be treated with respect, not made to feel ashamed.

Won’t use again - dropped off car and was told it would take an hour - it ended up being at least half an hour later than that and even then the car was still filthy inside! It was still covered in dust on the dashboard, none of the central console had been cleaned - it doesn’t look like we’ve taken it to the cleaners at all so we will end up having to clean the interior ourselves now.

Cowboys- paid £90 for a full Monty clean. Lots of sucking through teeth when dropped off. When I picked it up I had my children so could stand in car park checking. Returned home where I could check car the and door handles pockets still dirty, marks on roof lining and dirt in seat runners. Disgusting and will not return- I’d suggest avoiding and find alternative.

Very poor service. Booked in for "Gold" clean. "Finished" result - bodywork dirty, alloys, windscreen smeared, wheelarches and door shuts not touched and inside still had debris on carpets. I will NOT be using them ever again. Complete waste of my time and money.

Today I visited for the car wash. The behavior of the person attend me was so rude and out of words. He told me two hours time as he has lot of booking. I told him that I am going to Tesco for the shopping and would come back . He straight away told me to take my key and go some where for the wash. As a person doing the service such behavior would not make the customer happy. My daughter with me was astonished to see his behavior. I would rather say that if you want a good service please don’t go to such place where they treat people with no respect at all.

Until now I’ve always had a great experience here but today not so much. I was told to come back in 1 hour, for good measure I came back after an hour and a half, and they hadn’t even started washing my car yet. They told me to come back in another 30 mins, I came back 45 minutes later to it still not ready. Unfortunately the quality of wash is the poorest I’ve ever received here. There was obvious mud left in many places, and whilst the mats had been cleaned, the entire interior and dashboard was still dusty and had not been cleaned at all, usually this is spotless. Once home I had to go over and clean the exterior and interior again myself. I’ve always been charged the same price (volume 1 car, I have checked my cars measurements against the waves website and it is well within volume 1), today I was asked to pay for volume 2. After waiting for 2 hours and coming back twice I was then at the end told it was cash only today, I didn’t have cash on me as I’ve always paid by card here. Once I’d gone home for a third time to get cash, they said they had no change to give me, so not only over charging, but trying to give no change on the over charge. This was a real shame, and nowhere near the amazing standard I’ve previously received.

Popped down to get my convertible roof cleaned and treated, and the car has been left absolutely sparkling inside and out! Thank you to Nachko and team for getting the car spring/summer ready :)

Terrible. Avoid, avoid, avoid. Came back after the arranged hour, carpets had only been vacuumed. The gentleman requested that we sat on chairs in the car park to wait a further 40 minutes, this I did not do as it was too cold! My car was cleaned to a very poor standard inside and he kept telling his assistant to stop cleaning it…! The pricing is confusing and it cost £35 for a Vauxhall Corsa.

Left my car for the hour they requested. Came back and not even started to wash it. Suggested I sit on some plastic garden chairs in middle of car park (5 degrees) and wait for them to do it. He expressed surprise that I couldn’t wait (picking my daughter up from station) and couldn’t understand why I would leave without waiting on them to do it. Flabbergasted. During our conversation I had to ask five times for my keys. He was unwilling to return without washing the car. He shouted across to another member of staff ‘she’s annoyed it’s not ready’ but they just looked at me as though I was nuts because I wouldn’t wait for them to do it. Crazy. Went to Waitrose car park and got a brilliant job. Polite, quick and friendly. Beyond disappointed by Waves Petersfield.
