Yeovil Hand Car Wash

Went in today for a level 2 inside and outside wash £25. At the end of the wash after handing over my money they said they were taking £30 because it was dirty. It wasn't even that dirty. Nothing was mentioned the whole time either, just decided they were keeping an extra £5. Got home and the car wasn't even that clean. So they can keep the extra £5 and lose the customer which will cost them about £250 for the year. Warning to others: only hand over the exact money.

My experience We had our car valeted,came back and collected it when we got home we found the disabled badge was missing ,expensive monoculars was missing,our money pot was missing. All of these items was hidden but they found it in the bag where I left it.I went back and told them, but they denied it. I know they had it and I can see I’m not the only one ,lm very disappointed. I’m about £800 with all the pinched stuff out of pocket so I would not recommend my worst enemy to go there.The car wasn’t very clean either! Read the reviews,I’m not the only one!

Car washed lovley nice staff

Used to be much better but the level of effort has dropped. Was also a lady drying my car wearing a change bag on her waist, leaning over my car to dry the roof sliding the zipper across the side panel of my car. My door was shut and I could hear it constantly rattling and sliding along my car. Dried my car using sopping wet shammis and an actual kitchen towel. Going back to my arrival I came in, no one asked what service I wanted, just started spraying my car with what I assume is pre wash but it smelt quite eggy, then they continued on the car infront of me whilst all the pre wash on my car just dried up. I paid and left without saying anything but it's put me off returning.

I had my Stuff Stolen from the car, when confronted the staffs were blaming each other. Be careful, cause they are here to Loot. Learned my lessson!! YOLO

A good wash for a reasonable price.

Not even a customer and we were shouted at! - Stopped at the temporary traffic lights near the premises and was then aware of a man shouting that we were blocking the entrance. No one was waiting to turn in but I rolled back a bit anyway until the lights changed. Seems he was just stood there with his phone filming waiting to moan.

Had everything we went in for. Really genuine helpful staff. Great people, great prices.
