Has gone down hill a lot, many pumps quite often have no fuel, hit and miss if car wash is open, same old rubbish in the M&S shop...the toilets always stink...manager type bloke barks at you to use the self service screens...good job it's not sign posted from the A24...drive past it...
Staff are lovely but don't use car wash!!! Broke both my wing mirrors and management were lovely. Reviewing the video clearly stated that the car wash damaged my wing mirrors beyond repair. I made a claim but was told no compensation because no other cars had been damaged recently. Appalling!!!! Most expensive car wash ever 😪

A good pitstop with all you want. Fuel is pricier. But there are a number of pumps. M&S convenience store which again is costly. But there are plenty of toilets here and in very good order. I havent used the car wash but they do have a car wash, electric charging stations, decent parking spots, ATM cash machine, etc.
