Although a good price, but when you inspect your car afterwards it’s shocking to find the job they have done, I had to point out where they had missed, & the reaction I got was a very ignorant miserable person who wasn’t at all apologetic, it seemed that it was a real effort for him to put it right, even then the vacuuming was totally insufficient, still had bits which hadn’t been done properly, still smears in the interior, when I got home I had to finish off the work they were paid to do , I will be taking my car elsewhere, the people I dealt with at your car wash are in the wrong job, they shouldn’t be employed as a customer role …. Absolutely 0 out of 10 , they need to open their eyes & do a great job rather than rushing you have lost my custom & will tell everyone what an inferior job you did

After my experience at shiny hand car wash I felt it was only fair to provide a 5 star review due to the level of attention given to every vehicle even during the busy days in the heatwave and the customer service. There’s a lovely cafe with reasonable prices and out door seating perfect for the hot weather. Would definitely recommend and I will also be making this my go to car wash. Huge respect to mergim and his brother for running the best car wash I’ve been to.

10/10 Experience, Not even trying to Exaggerate, But i thought i was coming here just for a CarWash. Turns out theirs a Shoe Cleaning Place, A Café & A Barber, Put my car in for a In n Out Very Good Prices £25 Pound for a Medium Car. I was just Waiting for my Car to get Washed when the Manager told me i could go to the Café for a Drink, Sandwiches & Coffee was So Good, Really can’t go Wrong coming to this place if you ask me, Definetely coming Again with my Wife & Kids. 100% RECOMMEND!!!!!

Honestly Really Happy With my Experience, My car was dirty just picked the kids up from school, Came here to get my car washed had a nice Coffee and Sandwich at the Café “Joy Coffe Bar” Whilst my car was Getting washed, The Job they Did on my car was Beautiful Never seen my car that Clean, Prices where Top tier for the Job they did. I would’ve payed Double, Definitely going to be my Go to Carwash from now on.

Great bunch of lads work here. Always look after you if you are a regular.

I’ve been using this hand car wash for the past 3–4 years and for a long time they provided genuinely excellent service — easily 5 stars. Staff were friendly, thorough, and the car always came back spotless. However, over the past year or so I’ve noticed a clear decline in the quality of the service, especially with the exterior clean. On multiple occasions, after the wash there have still been visible dust marks, stains, and cleaning streaks left on the car. It feels like the attention to detail that made them stand out before just isn’t there anymore. It’s disappointing because this used to be my go-to place, but given the inconsistency lately I’m now seriously considering looking for other options in Oadby.

Very poor quality of work went for the very first time due to illness ( normally do it myself ) but after I looked it when I got home wheels left with brake dust black trims all stained due to being left to long in the sun before being dryed of paintwork the same dryed on marks while I was there someone in front was complaining and he had to sort it out come on if you are going to to be in business at least do what I pay you to do wash my car not a hard job this was a very shoddy workmanship not acceptable (I also gave them the benefit of the doubt hoping that they had done a good job an extra £5 so costing me £20 how silly of me

This place used to be good. We must have used it 20+ times over the years but it's really gone down hill. My wife just spent £28 on an inside/outside clean and was shocked by the quality. She had to ask for areas to be redone, only for the standard to still be poor. The interior is still not clean yet there is cleaning fluid everywhere. The staff were also rude when challenged but she felt too intimidated to take any further action.

Good car wash, decent pricing. Slightly rushed job and wasn't much attention to detail but for the price I paid I couldn't expect more. Only feed back would be as it was my first time here, the signage isn't very obvious as to where and which way you are supposed to drive/face and how it all works

What can I say, honestly Im impressed to the level of detail these boys put into my car. New customer here and will definitely come here again, definitely recommend to come here if you’re looking for a quick service to clean your car. The manager who spared some time to go over my car to make sure it was done to perfection named Mergim was a top lad, definitely seemed like it matters that the customers leave with great satisfaction from him. The prices for inside and out on a medium car are reasonable. Definitely recommend to come here.
