IMO Car Wash

First time using this place, in fact it is the first time using an IMO car wash. Had the top wash at £20. Car came out spotless and shining. Guys working here were pleasant and friendly. Will definitely use again

Good wash, still a few water marks in the hard to reach places for the dry at the end

Usually a good job for the money. I just wonder why it’s advertised as closing at 19:00 when actually shuts at 18:00?..

Scratches! I took my car to this car wash today. I didn’t like the attitude of the employees and my car has many stone chips and scratches after the wash, all over the car.

Took my Audi a1 here. Paintwork was perfect before going in. The car came out of the wash wth the bonnet scratched up and also the wing mirror very heavily damaged. Lodged a complaint with head office but they've simply said they don't think the damage is consistent with how the machines work so they refuse responsibility (of course). This is despite the fact I have photo evidence my car was not scratched before the was but was scratched immediately after coming out. If you have a nice car, avoid.
