Star Hand Car Wash

I had my car washed here and was extremely disappointed with both the service and the way my complaint was handled. After the wash, I noticed fresh scratches on my car that were not there beforehand. When I raised the issue with the staff, they refused to take any responsibility and dismissed my concerns without properly investigating. Based on my experience, I would not recommend this car wash. If you care about the condition of your vehicle and expect decent customer service, I would suggest going elsewhere.

Durin and all the staff here at Star Hand car wash are all amazing. They always do a great job on my car. Always happy and smiling and extremely friendly. Great service and great communication. Thank you all.

Chipped my car

They can improve further by adding new vacuum cleaner and equipments. They must have provide the paper mats for driving seat.

Terrible service. Paid £25 for mini valet. Less than 15 minutes in and he was done. Smudge marks were left over the car. Water residue remaining at the back. I had to tell him twice to clean the bottom of the doors. Terrible attitude. Poor service. Do not have your car cleaned here.

The bullshit service I ever had. They asked me £35 for Valeting. They just washed my car on the top for two minutes and dirty cleaning inside. Only sprayed my seats and the guys were arguing and very aggressive. Not recommended at all

great place, a little difficult to wnter when busy as you may block the road, not a bad thing just something to know before you go. great service will go there regularly now

Car wash was supposed to be £7 and the guy even said £7 but when he took money he charges £10 no apology instead arrogant and rude atitude

They don’t know how to wash cars. My car had to go for a second wash somewhere else after seeing the places they either didn’t clean properly or completely missed

I had been going to these to wash my car for years ,, and they treated me ok ! Until the other day ,when I took my car there and they damaged the door trim. Bent it right back, and when I went to tell him about it he would do nothing ,he said it was like that before !! And took no responsibility at all ,, !! Take your car it at your own risk ….
