Here’s a polished version with clearer grammar and flow: They charge for a higher package based on the vehicle’s condition, but the result is like the lightest package. They charged me £35 for what was essentially just a body wash, and they didn’t even clean the areas he mentioned as the reason for the higher price. When I asked about cleaning the boot door, he said it is only included with the interior cleaning package; however, he ended up doing it again for free.

Waves did an amazing job cleaning my wife’s car. I’ve just got in it and I can’t believe how clean it is. It’s used when we need to bring to dog with us, so naturally ends up covered in hair. No other car wash has managed to remove it to this extent!

Fabulous car wash experience. Sam was great at explaining what was required. It’s the ‘dog car’ so was quite grubby and also had mould on one seat from damp dog! They made my car look amazing! And a very reasonable price given the transformation. Would highly recommend. Thank Sam!

Sam was great from the start. He explained the complex procedures my car required to bring it up to pristine condition. The price was then agreed (very reasonable) and a time was agreed for collection. On seeing my car after cleaning I could not believe my eyes! It looked like it had just come from the Audi showroom. A++++++++fully recommend Sam and his team go the extra mile.

Fantastic service at Waves Car Wash Didcot. My TT convertible had loads of built-up green algee on the fabric roof and water damage on the boot carpet (an Audi design fault that sprinkles the boot with water after is has been raining and the boot is opened). Add to this 3 months of mud and grime on the floor and mud scrapings on the doors and sills & I was expecting to “finish off at home”. How wrong I was! Sam did a fantastic job to get the inside and out in showroom condition (apart from my dings!). He and his team took time to use a fabric roof treatment and a mould treatment in the boot and must have had an incredibly powerful vacuum cleaner. I would definitely recommend, especially for a soft-top or cars that have been neglected!
